Hello ladies,
   Just a little clarification so that we all know who we are talking about - I know these names can be confusing.

Govindan Namboothiri - the girls' father
Shankaran Namboothiri - the mad man
Ananthan Namboothiri - Pallavi's deceased fiance.
Vishnu Namboothiri - Ananthan's father

Nalan - oh, you know who he is!  😉

a twist hmmm   arnav and kashi in the kitchen was good, arnav quite the dominant...

but I get the feeling kashi is playing him, well trying to anyway.

she still remembers his screams...

did the old man know who arnav was?

The ties, in a manner of speaking, have been there for the past fifteen years it seems. Not only are the nightmares returning but will also release him from the torment and hopefully he'll find some peace finally.
Each is sizing the other, analytical, watchful, and are evenly matched. Even when she views him as the enemy her not wanting to actually hit below the belt is admirable. Kashi is a woman of immense moral strength.

ohhh... what a beautiful way to weave a story... you create magic...

this is going to be one emotional roller coaster for arnav, once he see's anjali's photograph in the prayer room.

i am slowly beginning to understand the silent nuances in your story. it surprises oneself in the second and the third reads...
