the seen starts 4rm where the last episode ended goons breaking naitiks car...
one men come near window ans ask both naitik and duggu to come out of car..naitik gets off from car,his phone was left in car and aksh was continuesly calling..he was walking to hospital as duggu was having high fever.no rikshaw aur taxi were there on street.he made naksh chekup at the hospital ,doctor said its normal viral fever..naitik ask can he make a call but there was no signal ..😭

naitik was feeling very guilty..he go to bathroom 4 changing clothes ,meanwhile aksh saw some medicine on bed that were of fever.aksh realises that without even being listening to whole thing she blasted out her anger on naitik
