rey taani shivam?

Im excited to watch rey get jealous of shivam getting close to taani...but would it be an interesting twist while shivam is pretending he actually falls in love with taani and it becomes a triangle 

I dunno Im just afraid that if shivam falls in love with Taani he might jeopardise and create misunderstandings between rey and Taani
