What was this show I watched before 12 years?

Hello people,

I am looking for one show that I watched before almost 12 years. I just remember one episode of it. It mentioned about a Islamic mental hospital (unofficial one in a hut or something). Old age people or insane people were living in that asylum. The episode was centered on one old guy who was thrashed by his own son saying he was insane, actually he was not. What I remember else is it was a one episode story only and based on a true story.

People in that asylum were sprinkled by some holy water by some islamic guy who expected them to be treated by that. The inmates were tortured by being poured by hot boling water on their feet or something... this is all that I remember.

Any one have any idea of this show or this episode.

It was in Hindi language aired approximately 12 years ago.
