Not much long ago, there was a barrier between Hindi and Marathi channels in terms of daily soap content . . . . Now sadly its quite evident that it does not exist any more

last sunday ZM showed MIFTA precap program . All the bigwigs were present but MG was his absence...thank god. Swatacha fukat udo-udo karun ghenarya tyachasarkhyala kadachit V. shantaram hyancha mothe pana pahavla nasta.

Giriraj I agree , there is hardly any difference btw a Marathi and a Hindi daily soap nowadays

Missing a show like 'damini' , which would come at 4:30 pm...half the marathi industry actors we see today , started their career from there like subodh bhave,prassad oak,pushkar shrotri,pankaj vishnu ,sharad ponkshe to name a few...what a great show

Yes giriraj, half of the marathi industry started with Damini as their career step, some went ahead like Prasad Oak, Subodh bhave etc, some like Sanjyot Hardikar took a backseat

aditi sarangdhar doing very well too...not to mention avishkar darvekar who is nowhere to be seen...i just saw him in 'ek taas bhutacha'
