nope,it was arnav who was calling her but she did not want to talk to him so she was posing as another person maybe garima or buaji must see the scene to know.see properly , u will see that she is covering the phone while replying. she is evading arnav. arnav will come to fetch her but the door will be locked and khushi will put laddoo in buaji's mouth so that she can't reply. she will make up a story to say that she is angry with arnav so she has come to stay at gupta house 4 few days. she is lying to arnav about buaji's illness then how can she let arnav see buaji all hale & hearty.
