CVs should hae made it easy and Bhairav should have said shiv has been in Jeitsar for 6 months. That way everything would be alright.It also would have made more sense that it took Shiv 6 months to fall in love with Anandi. Yeh kya 2 months mein, he came to know about Anandi's past and he fell in love with her. No wonder Anandi thinks he said yes out of pity !
