16th July written update

Hi all, here's the update. Have checked with Nidhi, she said I can do it as she was unable to. Let me know if there are any mistakes.

Kullu

Scene continues from Friday, when Naman's parents had come to meet Gupta family -

GD argues with Neha's future in-laws and asks them not to speak ill of Pankhuri, Dadu and Diwakar calm down both sides.

Neha's in-laws are still unhappy, they say that Gupta family talks about sanskaar and behaves like this with groom's family (ladke waalon ke saath aisa vyavahar), they must've instilled these same values in all their kids. Naman's father says they'll have to rethink their decision on whether they should marry Naman in this family or not. Pushkar, his wife and all other  family members are shocked.

Dadu tries to convince them but Naman's parents leave, saying they have to live in this community (samaj) and what will they tell relatives and friends when asked why Pankhuri's rishtaa was broken. Neha runs to her room crying, Pankhuri and Neha's parents run after her.

Mumbai

Preeti (Adi's maasi) comes to his room, telling him that Avantika is still at the hospital asking a million questions about Adi's injruy. She says Harish had called to tell her this, the docs and nurses are tired of trying to tell her Adi's fine and only has a minor injury, but to no avail.

She continues, "Only Jeejaji," but Adi stops her in between and says he doesn't want to hear anything about Mom or Dad from Preeti. She tells him she can understand how Adi feels, her childhood was like his after her mother passed away. Her dad (Purushottam Deewan) was either busy with business or Avantika di, only Jeejaji (Harish) was there to guide her when she needed an elder person. She says Adi is lucky to have Harish as his father and should be thankful for that. 

Shanky comes in and asks for Adi's laundry from the journey. Adi goes to open the bag, while Preeti asks if he'll come for a trek as he won't be getting his bike anytime soon. 

Adi says he'll see. Preeti spots the holy water Pankhuri had given for Nanaji in Adi's bag and asks about it. Adi tells her it was given by that girl in Kullu and leaves the bottle on a cushion, Shanky takes it for Purushottam.

Kullu

Diwakar and Dadu worried about what neighbours, acquaintances, relatives will say now that Neha's marriage is also on hold. GD Mama says perhaps Naman's parents had already considered breaking the marriage alliance. He further asks what did he say that they left hastily, breaking the relation. Diwakar gives Mama an angry stare. Pankhuri comes to the hall where Mama, Mami, Dadu and Diwakar are. They receive a letter from Deewan group, cancelling their handicraft order and sending a cheque.

Dadu is upset and calls Avantu (who is still at hospital, perhaps getting done with interviewing wardboys, passerby etc. about Adi's injury ). She speaks rudely with Dadu when he asks what was the need to send the cheque. She says it's compensation for their shattered dream of marrying Pankhuri into Deewan family. Dadu asks her "why are you talking like this beta" and she retaliates - "don't call me beta", I'm not innocent like Adi, you can't fool me.  Harish overhears this and takes the phone from her. The call gets disconnected. Harish-Avantika have another argument and leave the hospital.

Dadu is sad and Pankhuri is upset, watching all this. GD Mama takes a jibe at Diwakar, that he was asked to keep personal and business matters separate, now what does Diwakar have to say about order cancellation from Deewans. Dadu says they are at fault, they should've taken permission from Adi's family before tilak. They've inadvertently hurt Deewans and cannot blame them.

Pankhuri and her mother talk about Neha, Pankhuri's mom says GD Mama is at fault for everything (the way he didn't tell Adi properly about tilak and today spoke rudely with Naman's parents). She says if Neha's marriage is broken, she'll never forgive her brother. GD Mama and Mami overhear this conversation.

Mumbai

Shanky and Purushottam talk about the holy water. Purushottam tells Shanky to ask Adi how can a girl who gives this pavitra jal be bad (he says "jaake poochho us gadhey se " ). Nana says getting this water from Adi's bag is a sign from God that Pankhuri is made for Adi. Purushottam says they'll have to take an initiative soon to make things work.

Kullu

Diwakar consoles an upset Pushkar. Mama, Mami come there and GD Mama makes a promise to them that he'll set things straight without anger, this time. He leaves to speak with Naman's parents.

Mumbai

Nana asks Adi about the holy water and he's evasive. Nana says but the girl didn't fill water in front of him so maybe she lied again. Adi recalls the mandir scene and tells Nana she did indeed fill it, they visited the temple together and says "she was absolutely, absolutely..." (scene freezes on his face and the show is over)

Precap

Adi find the neck piece Pankhuri had given. Pankhuri's mom comes to Neha and Pankhuri and tells them everything is fine.
