- Did mama do the right thing by lieing to Adi?

This should be an interesting discussion (sorry dont know your name). Though i'm sure most of the views will be the same.

Mamaji was definitely wrong. Because of him not only Aditya but Avantika too thinks Pankhuris family deceived him, thus creating the misunderstanding.
If mamaji had told the other family members then they would not have agreed to the tilak ceremony without Aditya knowing.
If he didnt want Pankhuri to go with Aditya to Mumbai, which is understandable, without making a commitment then he should have told Aditya and then it would have been up to Aditya to decide if he wanted to commit himself to Pankhuri without her seeing how his family led their lives. There was no need for this deceit. he should have simply told Aditya we cant let Pankhuri come with you.

Mamaji, though he cares for Pankhuri and her happiness he interferes too much. And the family even let him Ermm

There is no doubt about it what mamaji has done is wrong.

These will create misunderstanding.

when adi asked pankuri to come to bombay along with him, her family should send her with another family member like her aunt, or uncle or even her grandpa can go along with her. and these way they can meet his grandpa also.

And Adi also needs to understand one thing , the family in which pankhuri has brought up is a traditional. Though they are not conservative, they let both of them twice and if he asked her to go out in manali itself, they have permitted them, But he has to decide fast, he can't spent too much time in thinking. I can say this because i have been brought up in same enviornment, one or two visit is fine otherwise you can not spent time together before engaggement.

Mamaji is of course wrong in hiding inspite of knowing that Adi doesnt know the meaning of Tilak. He should have at-least informed his partner in crime Pushkar about this. LOL

Mamaji has not only bought shame to the family who trusts him more than themselves Ouch

. For a girl like Pankhuri, its now difficult to accept the kind of person who had spoken so rude to her family. Mma thinking that he is doing good for Pankhuri has broken her heart now.

Not sure about Adi's reaction in the new promo .. Did he look really shocked? I didnt feel so. Better he go back to Mumbai to know that Pankhuri will find it difficult to adjust in a family like his.

He had informed nana about Pankhuri accompanying him but he didnt hear it due to cell phone fight with Preeti.

Also I would like to put forward that the duo had mentioned the name of the ceremony. But when he spoke to his father and mother he said just pooja instead of Tilak. If he had said so, then these situation might have not occurred or it would have been far better than the current one.

Jus cant support "mama ka jhooth"..bcoz lies or misinterpretations can never resolve an issue! moreover there was no need of it at all..! mamaji is dominating as well as impulsive..but when he got to know about pankhuri's liking for Adi..they way he convinced dadaji for the rishta..I really did clapped for him His intention are good but the route he has taken is totally wrong!

According to me, there was no need of this tilak ceremony at all..as pankhuri's uncle n aunt is goin to accompany her in mumbai..still if they had issues, they shud have talked to Adi's nanaji regarding this n sought for a solution when things can be sorted easily, there is no meaning in complicating them..especially in a sensitive matter like matrimony!!

Lastly, they need to understand that Aditya hails from family, society n culture..which is pole opposite to them! The way they critisize Adi..dont like that He may have a pov , which differs from them..but dsnt mean that's invalid..and atleast that guy is honest..also straightforward enuf in expressing his thinking..where pankhuri's family wont say anything in-front..but will get judgmental behind the back!
