After the rollicking passing-the-parcel session, it is time to go to bed.
Vedika goes off to sleep with Bebe (good kid!😉) while JandA go uptogether to their room, Armaan's arm around Jassi's shoulders.😳
Nandu leaves very reluctantly, and just before crossing the courtyard, looks back and waves at Beauty. She waves back , blushing. Chaman catches her off-guard (so he did manage to escape from Billu!😆), and nods knowingly at her before going off to sleep.
Another Chandni Raat scene: JandA are standing at the window of their room. Jassi is looking out wistfully; Armaan is holding her tightly from behind. Neither speak for a while; Armaan's eyes are closed as he seems to be breathing in Jassi.
After a while, Jassi turns around to face him. (Please notice Apu's naughtiness here—he moves only a fraction of an inch so that Mona is effectively pinned between him and the window as she turns—not that she seemed to mind!😉) There is the glint of tears in her eyes. His hand gently strays to her face, wiping off the tears with infinite tenderness.😳😳
Armaan (very very softly): Kya hua, Jassi?
Jassi: Pata nahin, Armaan…..mera mann sab ko chod kar jaane ka nahin kar raha….itne time baad toh hum sab ek saath hai…
Armaan (clinging even closer….just what was the matter with Apu?😉) : Oh Jassi…..hum inse alag thode hi ho rahe hain….hum abhi bhi saath hai….hum koshish karenge ki har doosre din yahan aa sake….
Jassi (sighing): Ohhh Armaaaan!! (She throws herself into his arms….they hug for like 984643313 seconds….)😳
Next day: JandA and Vedika bid goodbye to the rest of the clan as everyone tries to hide their long faces. Jassi's voice breaks as she hugs Billu. "Papaji, aap sab apna khayaal rakhna…hum aapse milne aate rahenge…."
Billu (tenderly): Tu chinta mat kar , meri Queen Victoria…bas apna khayal rakhna, aur koi tension mat lena…
Nandu offers to drive Beauty to GM with him later in the day, so that JandA's don't have to pick her up. Needless to say, everyone is happy with this proposal.😉
In GM: Pari is having the most harried time of her life, dealing with phone calls from irate models for the upcoming fashion show at GM. Maddy is likewise irritable, handling last-minute production hassles.
Jaggy B is feeling sidelined in the stockroom. Maddy storms in and says, "Jaggy baby, woh pieces abhi tak mere room mein kyun nahin aaye?"
Jaggy impatiently says that Ruby mom should be handling this.
Maddy tells them to hurry as the models will be there any minute for trials.
"Models?" Jaggy gets stars in his eyes. Much to Ruby mom's amusement and Maddy's surprise, he immediately offers to take the pieces to Maddy's domain, just so he can feast his eyes on the models.😆
Pari rushes to Armaan's office with a stack of portfolios. As she stops outside the door, she hears Armaan saying, "Nandu, apni nayi secretary ko office dikha do, aur usse kaam samjhaane mein help karte rehna!"
Pari gets one of her wide-eyed, open-mouthed, staggered looks on her face. "Nandu ki nayi secretary? Kaun hai yeh?"
Just then the door opens and nearly bangs right into Pari as a delighted Nandu and flustered Beauty walk out. They don't even notice her as they go past.
Pari rushes in. "Armaan…I mean, sir…!"
A: Yes, Pari?
Pari: Woh….woh Nandu ke saath…
A (smiling smugly): Haan, woh hai Nandu ki nayi secretary…Beauty from Amritsar…Jassi ki cousin.
Pari thinks, "Omigosh….iss office mein ek aur Jhansi ki Rani? Aur Nandu se bhi aajkal baat nahin ho paati….kahan phas gayi!"
Later Armaan gets a phone call from Puru, informing him that they will be coming back in two days' time.
Armaan : That's great, Dad!
Puru: Aur haan Armaan…..Angel bhi hamare saath aa rahi hai….woh tab se bahut pareshaan hai….shaayad yahaan aake uska thoda change ho jaaye….
Armaan puts down the phone in a daze. "Angel…yahaan? "
The camera freezes on his grimacing face.
Tomorrow: Chaman is delighted to know that Angel is coming.😆
