'I didnt want to enter politics ...now, I've entered only to defeat you' Sanchi yells back at the enraged Indu 'I want to show everyone that anyone who tries to force a woman is actually a shallow and a weak man...you call yourself my husband, but you can't even respect your own wife - what will you make of this university, this city or this country?' the confident girl concludes 'History has always borne witness - anyone who hasn't respected women, remains sullied forever!'

Indu is infuriated! How dare she decide to stand against him. He thunders aloud 'One needs lot of guts to defeat Indu Singh. You talk of history - I'll weave history...such that all of your future generations will fear at the very mention of my name' he takes a few bold strides around her 'Neither was victory a part of your past... nor will it be in future' he smirks at her 'I can give this to you in writing.'

'Well then...let's see what the students' decide...only then we'll know who has actually won!'

Having observed their tiff for a moment, the elated Janardhan breaks his silence 'There is still a month for the election and you both have already drawn your swords?' the wrathful Indu eyes Sanchi, as the professor continues cynically 'Indu, you should be happy that you have competition. The thrill one derives out of winning after a fight, cannot be substituted by a straight victory!'

Sprinting to a side of the bench, Indu briefly bends forth to spit out his paan and then questions the man 'Sir...is this meant to be a complement or an insult?'

'Indu Singh, students also have their rights' Janardhan replies and then takes out the nomination form to hand over to Sanchi.

Indu is aghast - he can't believe that Sanchi was actually accepting the form and going to contest elections against him. Observing the smiles on Janardhan's and Sanchi's faces his frowns turn a few notches graver. Unable to do anything at the very moment; he storms out of the place, loyally followed by his friends.

'How dare she? Will she stand against me?' The indignant brute starts breaking the pots outside his hostel room 'I'll kill her.. what does she think of herself.. forget elections, I'll render her incapable of fighting any of life's battles!'

In an endeavour to pacify the rabid Indu, his friends give him a jug of water to drink. Though desperate to calm their boss, the friends share similar fears too. They wonder how Sanchi could ever be stopped, once she stands in the elections. If anything needed to be done, it had to be done so beforehand.

Indu grabs the jug from them and slowly starts pouring the water on his head to cool his flaming temper, vowing revenge as he does so.

On the other hand, Mehek is apprehensive about Sanchi's approach. She knows why Sanchi is doing so, but is not convinced that she need take that risk. The doting friend voices her fears about how a political career meant everything for Indu Singh and that he would go to any extent to stop Sanchi, if challenged. Sanchi seems unperturbed. After all, she was fighting for justice - so she thinks!

'Youve already faced so many problems in life because of him... now hope your actions don't end up causing further trouble for your parents' Mehek retorts worriedly (WOW!!!)

'Mehek, I just want to instigate the students against him...' Sanchi fearlessly turns to her friend 'I also have a trump card against Indu now... forget a career, this would even ruin his life...' she holds up a sealed envelope 'This would be Indu's ruination...now watch how I control him...'

The Tiwaris are taken aback when they come to know that Sanchi has decided to contest elections against Indu. They are surprised as to how she continues to remain so defiant.

They eventually celebrate at the way the distorted couple kept conspiring against one another - it only gave the Tiwaris more opportunity to gain an upper hand.

Radha muses happily 'Sanchi already believes Indu is bad.. now we just need to continue acting like we are the good guys...and then Indu will end up facing all the music alone...'

As a hopeful Sanchi zips down the stairs of her university, a hand abruptly drags her inside a classroom. She is instantly faced with the incensed bloodshot eyes of Indu Singh looking down upon her. Using all of his force, Indu seals his palm on her mouth and pins her against the wall. Glaring into her eyes; he watches her squirm for a moment, not letting go. The overpowered Sanchi battles him with all her might, but she is no match for him. She hits his arms and wrestles to break free. Watching her struggle, he is compelled to subdue the extent of rage within. With his hand still on her mouth, he tells her in a more controlled tone 'All right ...don't worry.. I'll let go.. I'll let go...'

He asks the exasperated girl in a stern torn 'What are you trying to do Sanchi? You couldn't even free your own hand from mine and you claim to try and get rid of Indu Singh...you can't do anything to me...'

Continuing to front him bravely, she utters 'Well if you claim to be so tall and mighty, why do you behave so cheap? I am not a puppet in your hand...' she pauses angrily 'First stand a few feet away from me'

Not minding her words, Indu warns Sanchi 'This is just a glimpse of what I can do...don't interfere in my affairs...'

'Well...I can see the extent of fear hidden in your eyes...'

'WHO...who are you... WHAT are you?' he smirks sarcastically 'What is your status...why do you even begin to think that I'll be intimidated by you?'

'Then why are you not letting me fight the elections...I am fighting this election for the students here...I want to remove this stigma of 'Indu Singh' from this campus...they need someone to lead them in the right path...not a ruffian...'

Instantaneously giving in to his rising temper, Indu catches her arm and wrings her around. With his arm now around her neck, he forcibly takes the nomination paper from her and tears it apart. 'Huh! nomination form...' he throws the pieces into the air 'You called me a ruffian... well, you don't know how bad a ruffian I'm capable of being' Indu breaks out into a laugh, and then begins exiting the room 'Then don't complain that I am torturing a girl...'

watching him leave, Sanchi pledges under her breath 'Indu Singh, I'll make sure you submit MY form with YOUR own hands'

'I've torn her form to bits, but I don't think that's going to stop her one bit' Indu confides in Tiwari

Tiwari gives him a weird advice - asking him to play another card similar to the Suhaag raat episode.

Indu brushes away the suggestion 'Why elongate and elaborate on something like that..it doesn't make sense...' he drops his pitch 'And anyway it was only a namesake first night!'

The Tiwari couple are dumbstruck on gaining insight into this juicy piece of information.

'But only you and I know this!' a familiar voice comes booming from the entrance of the apartment.

Stepping into the house, Sanchi makes her intentions clear, not a line of worry on he face 'Everyone else... our classmates, teachers think otherwise! I'll not let you get away with it.. I'll let everyone know EXACTLY what happened that night' (oh no!)

Indu is flabbergasted by her latest statement. He walks up to her confused 'I think you've gone crazy Sanchi...do you even understand what you are talking...' owing to the nature of their conversation being intimate, he lowers his tone while asking his wife again 'Do you even know the consequences of what you are speaking about...'

She hands him the ominous envelope 'You read this and you'll understand what I'm trying to say...' just as he is about to receive the envelope, she snatches it back from him 'Oh wait! What would an illiterate like you know whats written in this?' she turns to Mr.Tiwari 'However, your mamaji is an advocate and he'll tell you whats written in it...'

She concludes audaciously 'Whatever this piece of paper changes or not, your intentions will definitely be forced to change...and this will decide if I can fight elections or not'

Oh Lord! The paper was a certificate produced from a hospital - a medical certificate attesting to the fact that Sanchi Mathur had been raped!!!!!!!

Tiwari is perplexed how to explain the situation to his nephew. He beats about the bush for a while, before eventually revealing 'She has produced a medical certificate stating that her husband...i.e. Indu Singh has raped her...' Tiwari looks up at his shocked nephew 'This is a case of marital rape Indu.. she is threatening you with it... it's a non-bailable case and carries a minimum of 7 years imprisonment...'

Observing a wave of desolation clouding Indu's expressions, the Tiwaris are silently jubilant.

Indu was horrified! He had not expected Sanchi to do something like this. He couldn't seem to discover a way out of this mess. His face now a few shades paler, the forlorn Indu mumbles to himself 'When I didn't do anything, why is she doing this to me?' (Sanchi is definitely digging her own grave here)

'You wanted to drag her down and she has dragged you down further...' explains Tiwari 'Even today, courts only favour the women's statements in such cases..you are doomed Indu...'

Precap -

Indu wants to take Sanchi home. He is standing at Sanchi's mansion with a plate of fruits in his hand, begging Veenaji to allow him to fulfil his responsibilities of a husband and take his wife home. (His expressions seemed genuine here- his eyes were pleading) He promises to treat her well (now this, I don't know about!)

Veena retaliates by throwing away the plate of fruits (prasad) he has brought and Sanchi shuts the door on his face.

Indu stands there, looking genuinely lost and helpless (this is definitely something he is doing out of helplessness)

Unexpected marital Rape charge on Indu singh OMG. Indu singh must be the only GOON who is again and again charged for something he has not done.

It is difficult to predict what will happen next . Precap shows his genuine effort to give sanchi respect of a wife but why would sanchi join him .

is a big question.

Hi Lashy,

Thanks for the update.

I am not surprised with the marital rape claim, had already metnioned this in my post 'public declaration' that this will be her next step. What I am is rapidly getting bored, there is nothing new here. Sanchi has lost sight of her own integrity just to score points.

At this moment, all I want is the moment of climax, when they both realise the consequence of their madness.

I have a feeling, it will go to court and there the judge will ponder and decide Sanchi and Indu need to live as husband and wife. See it is hard enough to prove rape as it is, even more difficult to prove marital rape (I am disappointed in Sanchi for using lies, would have respected her more if she had done something using Just).

I believe the precap indicates this. Indu going to her house to plead for them to live as husband and wife is a plan - I am sure he has witnesses who will say the door was slammed in his face. In the courtroom all this will be presented (one of many scenes where we will see Indu being loving!), Sanchi will be shown as the one rejecting the marriage and Judge will say they have to live as husband and wife.

I am perplexed that she could get a certificate saying she has been raped, this indicated even the medical person is corrupt...quite sad...I am sure Tiwari (working for Indu) will show this to be the case...and their report might actually show she is a virgin...Indu can insist on a court appointed examination, however as mentioned in my post, Sanchi really wants him to openly declare that he in fact did not touch her at all.

Just one more game between them but I for one am getting fed up with it...

can anyone give me an insight as to since when have doctors started supporting Saanchi ? Without any bribe and just plain girl's word ??? How is it even possible ???? Which doctor will put his reputation and credibility at stake through these false reports ?? I mean which doctor works in this way ?

Have the CVs gone NUTS ??? utterly ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since when Indu has turned illiterate ? Since when he stopped reading documents by himself and sinced when he started depending on others to read for him ????????????????????????

Not Saanchi, RJN is digging its grave. Shame on the CVs to show the idiotic tricks as "some tarkeeb". The tricks are completely impalatable as in the process, Saanchi is becoming the NEW GOON under the simple looking face. Who would want to absorb these tricks of her.

Thanks for the update!

Good epi overall all today! I loved Sanchi's girl power speech, when she was talking to Indu! It was so matter of fact and straight to the point, and more importantly it hit home to Indu.
Lol his face was worth looking at, as Sanchi put him in his place. It seems Indu dearest needs to take his own advice about flying to high! I shouldn't laugh but seriously how bad is that poor boy going to crash land when Sanchi shoots him out the sky?!
Still Sanchi was a bit confusing today. At the end of last fri's epi, she told him she would win and he would definitely be defeated. Yet when Indu taunted her with his apparent guaranteed victory today, she snapped at him that victory and defeat were out his hands, as it would be the student's that would decide the result not him! Erm, once again another case of Pot, Kettle and Black from Sanchi I think! Lol she is a born politician with her double standards.

Coming back to the girl power thing, I think that will be Sanchi's campaign motto to begin with. First she will target the girls and make out Indu to be a real MCP. This would be so ironic, as originally Indu chased Sanchi as he thought she would get him the female vote!
Oh God, is this whole election fiasco going to turn into typical girls vs. boys scenario? I outgrew that BS a long-time ago. But rofl it still might be fun to watch. I can just see Sanchi strutting around campus with her posse of girls singing Beyonce's 'Who run the world (girls)', as all the boys and Indu screw in anger. Actually scratch that if Sanchi actually dressed and danced like Beyonce does in that music video, then Indu would have a heart attack, and seede bhagwan ki pass pauche jaga!

Also I wanted to have my own ranting fit when I saw Sanchi looking all happy when the Dean was fawning over her. I was wth Sanchi are you blind?! Can't she see that he's just using her to get at Indu! Well that smile will soon be wiped off her face when she finds out that it was the Dean that conspired with Prabal in the original poster scandal! Huh and there she was letting him pat her on the head! But still maybe it should be the Dean that should be scared, of petting her. Lol just ask Indu, and he'll soon tell you that Sanchi has a fierce bite!
Either way that looser Dean is done for as Sanchi will so take him down, if Indu doesn't!

Talking of taking down people down, Indu's famous temper was once again unleashed as he ranted and threatened to destroy Sanchi. I can't believe he was threatening to break her legs! Fortunately his boys calmed him down before he did anything rash. They correctly noted that Sanchi's ever growing fame on campus was making her a threat and that he needed to nip her rise to power now. Rather tactfully I think they avoided reminding Indu, that is was him that dragged Sanchi into the limelight in the first place, and lead her towards the path of power. Whether Sanchi or Indu like it, it was down to him that Sanchi is so known and powerful enough today, on campus to be able to take him on. Every fool must suffer for their follies, so suffer now Indu Singh!

Coming to Mahak and Sanchi, why oh, why didn't Sanchi take Mahak's wise advice?! Why can't Sanchi see that what she is doing is not justice rather it is nothing but cold-blooded revenge! Again she boasts about how she will soon control Indu, not realising that a sher like him, can never ever be leashed.

Finally my fav scene of the day was of course the long awaited INSA scene! Oh my days, why does Indu get all the best lines?! When he first grabbed her he was full of rage, yet when he saw her struggling he softened, and seemed amused by her instead! He taunted her saying he would let go, and then did it with sudden jerk, leaving his open hand hovering in front of her furious face. Clenching it into a fist, with all the arrogrance he could muster, he stated my fav line of the day 'you couldn't even remove my hand from yourself, yet you boast of removing the whole of Indu Singh'.
Woo you go Indu tell Sanchi how it is! After dismissing her lame comeback with a sexy smile, he just leans in closer when she orders him to step back. Actually memo to Sanchi, if you refuse to be anyone's plaything, what then gives you the right to make Indu into your puppet?! Hark at Miss. Morality here!

And also when Indu was questioning and mocking Sanchi on her status why the hell didn't she point out the fact that if she was such a big nobody, then why did he first fall in love with her, then marry her?! Lol clearly then she must a personage of some importance if he the so-called 'badshah' of the campus deemed her worthy of such a position in his life.
Plus I wonder does Indu actually see himself as nothing but a goon? He refers to himself as one all the time but, when anyone else calls him one, especially Sanchi he just snaps.
And oh god when he grabbed the form from her, did anyone else note how he closed his eyes and burrowed his face in her hair?! He is so still in love with her, that's why he keeps her away from him, as he knows he can barely control himself!
Plus how much is Sanchi morphing into Indu?! She stole his line with the whole 'my name isn't' thing! When will these two realise what a perfect match they are?! Oh CV's please give us INSA fans a break, and let one or the other start seeing the obvious!

Finally the marital rape claim, lol a few of us predicted that Sanchi would do just this. A few things to note for me though. Firstly Sanchi has once again relied on a lie to get what she wants. Though this time she is using a lie to prove the truth. Also she is being corrupt once again by producing a fake medical report. Plus most significantly she charged Indu with marital rape, not just rape, meaning that she is acknowledging that she is married to him, and that he is her husband!
I didn't like the way she mocked Indu for being an unpad, that was low Sanchi. I suppose he desveres it, but still Sanchi shouldn't have to lower herself to his level with cheap insults. I mean her own mother is less educated then Indu!
Also Indu reacted differently to how I thought he would to her accusations. I expected him to go on a rampage in his rage, but he seemed horrified and yes scared about the situation.
Can I also note here that it seems strange that even with the threat of long-time imprisonment that Indu hasn't still called up his father? I mean if I had such a powerful father, and I was in Indu's situation, then he would be the first nom on my speed dial to get me out of this mess. I wonder if this a blooper on the CV's part? Or maybe their attempting to show that Indu is not someone who runs for cover behind daddy? He is determined to solve his own problems without his father's power and influence. A redeeming factor there folks?

Precap is interesting. I have no idea what Indu and the Tiwari's are up too. They must know that Sanchi and the Mathurs will refuse to let Sanchi go and live with them. Maybe Indu is trying to look like a good hubby and the victim, and Sanchi appear as the villain.

Oy Shri... kyaa bol rahi hai yaar... if all doctors were worried about their reputation they wouldnt be engaging in the following practices found in India -

1) In an office, say someone needs an extended vacation.. bribe a doctor and get a medical leave certificate...

2) Haven't you seen the news where they've shown numerous incidents where doctors are selling expired medications to their patients and the hidden camera crews have caught them doing so...

3) Forget all this... Imagine yaar... sex determination and abortion of a female foetus thereafter is OUTRIGHT ILLEGAL in India.. and yet SMJ showed camera crews having caught well-placed female doctors proudly professing to do so!!! [Obviously extracting that much extra money from patients] Were they not afraid of being debarred? jailed? Apparently Not! Forget being debarred, despite their name coming out in public, they are still practising in hospitals happily! Such is the state of India today...

4) Even one of the latest Satyamev jayate episodes showed the scam how doctors are prescribing the 'costliest' medications in the market when their cheaper alternatives are available... This is because of their alliances and allegiances with the medical companies...

Again as I say there are doctors and there are DOCTORS yaar... after reading all of the above, I dont think obtaining a marital rape certificate must be that tough and they haven't said anywhere that Sanchi DIDN'T have to bribe a doctor to procure it..

Anyway, bribe or not...all Sanchi would need to show is a few blue marks on her wrist and that'd be a done deal... Confused

a more intimate examination would not even be required...

But yes, I do agree that I don't like Indu being treated like an anpad when he is not give him some credit where due yaar... aise waise karke he's at least managed to pass the 12th exams... When he could read her house documents, why couldn't he have read those papers himself.. I'd have liked to see his expressions there
