only one comment a day???

Is it a new rule that we can comment only once in an actors profile. i tried in KS one hour ago and when i did for the second time it doesnt allow me... is it a bug or new rule??

It is one comment per 12 hr. U can comment twice after 12 hrs only .

2 time or sometime once 24 hr too
