"Khushi, what are we going to do about Shyam. Have you told Arnavji about it?" Payal asked. The two sisters were sitting in Khushi and Armav's room.
Khushi didn't know how to respond to that. She hadn't told him, and a far as he she knew, he had no clue that his Jijaji was a lying, cheating scumbag. "No Jiji. I haven't told him. I don't want to cause any trouble. Plus if I say anything about Shyam, he will deny everything, saying that it was part of my plan, to destroy their family. You know how Shyam is Jiji." Khushi replied.
"But Khushi, Arnavji would believe you. He loves you too much. He deserves to know." Payal said.
'If you only knew how much he actually hated me, Jiji. He would never believe me over his sister's beloved husband.' she though to herself. Of course, she couldn't say any of this to her sister or anyone else. She would quietly take whatever Arnav said or did to her for the sake of Jiji Di and her own protection from Shyam.
"I just don't know how to tell him, Jiji." she said truthfully. "Even we didn't believe it at first. Why would Arnav, Nani or even Di believe us?" she pointed out. "I just have to figure out what to do about Shyam and Arnav." Khushi thought aloud. Except she didn't know someone would hear that.
Arnav had just come home to find everyone asleep. It was 11 o'clock and he knew everybody except Khushi went to bed. It annoyed the hell out of him. Because he didn't deserve her. He wanted her to hate him as much as he showed hatred towards her. Even after what he did to her on a daily basis, she still acted as a loving, caring wife. Acting. Thats all it was. She didn't care about him, Di or Nani like she said she did. She was acting. And it hurt him like hell to know that. Because no matter what she did, he still loved her. Yes, loved her. It had been a long time since he had loved anyone.
He came to his door and heard soft murmuring. He opened the door a little to see Khushi and Payal on the bed talking. Their voices came crystal clear to him. "I just have to figure what to do with Shyam and Arnav." He froze hearing this. He left before he could hear anything else.
"But Khushi, what are you going to do about Shyam? He will just make up some excuse like he always does. Don't you remember how he would always make an excuse?" Payal asked her worried sister.
"I don't know, Jiji. I feel so lost and confused."
Arnav was right. His suspicions were right, they were having an affair. He had to do something to keep his Di safe. He had trusted Khushi. But she had thrown that trust out the window. Arnav had really thought that she loved him. But she didn't. He had thought that maybe, just maybe he had been wrong in suspecting Khushi in doing anything to hurt Di. But his heart had led him the wrong way again. He had been hurt yet again. He was going to make sure Khushi nor Shyam did anything to hurt his Di or the baby. He went downstairs and waited a couple minutes. He went back up and
knocked on the door signaling his arrival before opening the door to find both sisters look at him in unison and have worried looks on their faces. 'Was it cause they don't want me to hear what they were saying? Does this mean that Payal is with her?' he thought to himself, but forgot the thought as he saw Khushi get up and walk towards him. He saw Payal get up after her, saying she had to go to bed.
"Are you hungry? You change and I will get you your dinner." she said as she made her way out the door. She touched the doorknob when she felt her other arm being grabbed and she was pulled into his hard chest. She looked up into his eyes and he looked into hers and they were both lost within seconds.

Arnav was the first to come back and he took a step, breaking Khushi out of the same trance. He talked first, "What were you and Payal talking about?" he had to know what they were talking about. He had to know if they were going to hurt Di.
"Kuch nahin. We were just talking about Di, and how excited she is about the baby." she said, looking into his eyes.
"KHUSHI! Shut up, just shut up! Why are you lying to me? Tell me what you want, money wealth. Just tell me. I'll give it to u, just don't hurt my Di." he said. As he squeezed her arms tighter, causing her to gasp in pain.
"Arnavji! Your hurting me. Please let go." she said as tears formed in her eyes. The pain wasn't the only thing causing the tears. She could see so much hatred in his eyes for her. She wondered what happened. Before, he was so nice, then the night of the wedding, he turned back into the ASR she had first met.
"Khushi, you can't hurt her, not as long as I'm here. Do you understand?" he asked her.
"Arnavji, what are you talking about? Why would I want to hurt her? I love her like my sister. I would never be able..." she stopped due to the increased pressure on her arms.
"STOP LYING!!! Why...?" he screamed at her. He stopped at the sound of knocking at the door. He continued to stare at her for another couple seconds before he let her go and opened the door.
"Di!"So how was it? what did you think ?
