I think this track is to show Khushi's realization of feelings for Arnav. She is physically attracted to him. It is natural.  His being shirtless goes with the storyline. He has to take off his shirt for showers right?  😉

Before some people were complaining that how could they show Khushi not being physically attracted to him. Well, now you have it!
