How is the Forum Speed today?

Hi All,

We are happy that the database server migration went smoothly and has improved the page generation time significantly. However we noticed that even after serving the pages so fast it was taking some time rendering the pages due to various ad servers holding the pages. So we reworked on the way we are serving the ads that were holding our pages from being rendered.

So far we have implemented the same to the following pages:

Homepage
Forum Topics
Forum Posts

And you should see a significant improvement while browsing the forum pages. We will be implementing the same to other pages so that our site visitors can do more on the site in less time.

We would love to hear your feedback on how the site is performing in terms of download speed.

I can actually feel this. While going through forums and specially topics which has many pages, where it before took time loading. Amazing VB;)

Its actually fast going through topics with many pages and for once, threads with creations and gallery loads faster too:)

I hope we can get a mobil version as well so its faster and easy to access from our phones:)

It is pretty fast today. Goood job, VijayBhai!

The long quoted pages and the CG's were taking REALLY long first but now that this post is up, I get why it's fast today.

Ohh, btw. I can't use India-Forums on my Mobile. I have a Blackberry. It doesn't go beyond the top of the page.
