The exhilarating success of Star Parivaar Awards 2012, telecast on Star Plus on 24th March, has helped spawn a new series aimed at capturing the essence of festivals and celebrations.
"Star Parivaar Ka Tyohaar", an 8-episode series of fun-filled festivities, will capture the spirit associated with various festivals and special days observed in India and will build on the success of the Awards' telecast that garnered an impressive 6.4 TVR, the highest rated event across Hindi GECs in 2011-2012!
'Star Parivaar ka Tyohaar' will air every Sunday from 15th April at 8PM on STAR Plus and will see a Parivaar member leading the celebrations along with the other members from the Star Parivaar.
The first episode on Sunday, 15th April will be modeled on activities associated with the vibrant and colourful festival of Baisakhi. One of the later episodes on Star Parivaar Ka Tyohaar will also see a celebration of 'International Mother's Day' in the month of May.
