no thankfully im not asthmatic. mine is very hard to explain. even trying to tell the doctors, dont think even they understand

what happens is as i mentioned i have a deviated septum.therefore space on one side of my nose is very limited. then i think due to whatever allergies i produce mucous, which doesnt drain as well. so it all builds up and causes pressure around the eyes, cheeks and moves internally. sometimes i feel yuck in stomach too.

and this is all day everyday. 😔

yes have tried  that. but really that has very little effect
