Jas Karan Singh and his wife Ashwini

Actor Jas Karan Singh and his wife Ashwini have taken to a new interest these days, and that is to bake cakes for pets. Ashwini's long term ambition is to open a bakery for pets or to own a one-stop pet boutique.

So how did this idea creep up? Well, courtesy their pet dog Bratti, Ashwini got this idea and interest to start something like this for pets.

Talking about this passion of theirs, Jas told Tellychakkar.com, "We are as of now looking for a place to open a bakery. I know it is a dicey investment; but we hope we get to make it happen."

He further continued, "Recently, we celebrated our dog Bratti's birthday for which Ashwini baked a special cake made of beef and carrot with mango and yoghurt topping. As you know, we cannot give sugar and salt to pets as it is harsh on their stomach. Bratti enjoyed the treat and this is where the idea crept up."

Adding further, Jas's wife Ashwini stated, "As of now, we have started baking in a small way. We have a large friend circle and many of our friends have pets. I have got 2-3 orders from them to bake cakes and cookies for pets. When it comes to cookies, I can prepare mint and peanut butter cookies. We are not charging a bomb as of now, and will take it one step at a time."

On the other types of cakes she can prepare, Ashwini said, "I have quite a lot of ideas. Depending on the meat preferred, I can bake cakes. We can put beef or chicken or mutton in cakes. Actually if you go around, you will not get many people baking cakes and cookies for pets. In fact, when I was running around to get something for Bratti two years back, I got nothing new. All I could get were bones and expensive treats. We hope by word of mouth, our cakes and cookies get popular."

Well, we do hope we get to see their 'Bratti's cakes' being a sell-out!!

They are a really cute couple...I like them😳

Rati Pandey "does not personally believe" in TRPs - TellyChakkar

Rati Pandey, the outspoken Indira Sharma in Trilogy Krikos' Hitler Didi on Zee TV, is happy and satisfied with her ongoing show. In a conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Rati expresses her views on the so-called TRPs that rule the television industry. "I personally do not believe in TRPs, and really do not understand why it exists. ...If I was a producer, I would rather make a show which runs for say 80-100 episodes, and end it on a good note (smiles). I do not even know how this system of ratings works. All channels have different masses, and one does not know what will click on which channel."

Tell her that in spite of being quite popular, her show is garnering average response, and she is quick to reply, "Whatever it is, our show is very popular, and nobody can deny it. Take the example of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. The show is very popular with the masses, but when you see the TRP, it is again average. One cannot judge the popularity of a show by taking only the TRP thing into consideration. To tell you, Mr. Puneet Goenka, Managing Director, Zee Entertainment, loves Hitler Didi and even conveyed to us that his family too watches the show personally. This is a great appreciation for us."

Ask her about the recent rumours being floated about she dating Anas Rashid (Sooraj of Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus), and Rati says, "Not again, please. People say too many things, and I really don't care. I need not fear anyone except God and my parents. I guess all this is part of the industry and one needs to go with the flow."

On her relationship status, she firmly says, "I am still single. The day I end my single ship, I will let you know (smiles). As for now, I am not thinking about marriage. I am too occupied with work and want to go miles."

me wanna repeat her words...Not again...please😆

Oh mangoes… I love all kinds of mangoes and I associate myself with dasheri aam. I like mangoes in all forms, like ice cream, aamras and raw.
