Well I think ...I have quite a few thoughts
1) Maybe Jeevika and Viren found out abt Maya's truth and they say to Maya that we are going to confront u in front of the whole family. (Might have a recording of Maya telling him the truth?)
2)Maybe Jeevika was driving the car as she was bugging Viren that she want's to drive?
3) Maya is Jasiwal's daughter and they are taking revenge for wat Dadji did to him (Got him arrested) ?
4) Maybe Jeevika found out abt Maanvi's cancer so she asked the driver to take her to Rishikesh and Maya got ther car's break fails, cos she thought Viren is going to go in that car?
Thats all my thought really.
