Hey friends, i suggested to drink water plenty with the minimum of  5liter per day. Earlier it was discussed. Do this for 3 month, gradually your weight will be maintained as same/ reduced.

But for my height it doesn't show .. So I lost heaps but I started putting muscle on now and more fat lol so I know that diet works .. Keep us updated on ur progress!

Hi,
I am Rupali I am also suffering from obesity, and I am trying a lot of things to counter my disease. I have started working out on a daily basis. I have also visited my family doctor and he prescribed some medicine and I purchased all the medicine from the Health-Shoppe website.

Okay My progress chart.

Original Weight

 

Weight On(20 April 2012)

Things I have removed  from my diet:-

1.       Potao

2.       Ghee

3.       White bread

4.       Cookies & Choclates

5.       Cakes

6.       Rice

7.       Paraths/Puri

Things that I have included in my diet:-

1.       Brown Bread

2.       Roti

3.       Lauki

4.       Fuits(Daily 1 fruit)

5.       Apple

Other things I have included

1.       exercise for 30 mins

2.       slow running for 15 mins(trying to do more but unable 'I want to increase it to 30 mins)

3.       Streaching( I do full split and then do exersice )

4.       Steps ups atlest 25 setup sets 2 times

5.       Fast running

6.       Back running

target i have set is to reduce to 75 atleast till 20 may  2012

suggestions are welcomed...these are ur suggestions only that i have reduce so much ...yaa i know that not a big difference but i am happy to see it reducing...Thank u guys for ur suggestions
