You should join jim and go to morning and evening walk use always stair for up down.

Wake up in the morning and have as many eggs scrabbled or boiled maybe 5-6? Then all day some vegtable or fruit at night for dinner say u having chicken and rice .. Then have the chicken not the rice and replace it with heaps and heaps and heaps of salad .. If it's dhal then heaps and heaps of salad and dhal .
Dont eat rice and bread in 2 weeks without exercise u will start to see results. Excercise if u want to see it go off faster! Good luck

i have started running 2-3 km daily i know thats lesss but i have just started

i am going to follow this...

hey hows it going? if u can run..but take it easy try walking fast. i followed this and lost heaps now im bulking up on protien and lifting weights. but thats a perfect diet ^^^
 
just loss 1 kg but now i would control on diet...i think fasting increases the weight
