This forum is dead.. Anyway want to know if anyone here smokes? And if they do how many and r they trying to give it up? And if so .. How did they do it?

Smoking is a very bad habit i don't like all kind of smoking i will advise to all people please don't do the smoking.

Use Nicotine patch. I'm not a smoker. But  a  lot of people swear by it. :)
