Feb 23rd: To a new start?

LOL at the outset I'd like to say it's amusing that yesterday's epi could generate so much discussion but today being a better epi than yesterday's, I wonder if ppl will feel like pitching in as much...it's quite ironic that GOOD epis don't seem to generate as much discussion as "controversial" ones.

Anyways, moving on to the epi...maine bhaang nahin pi and still I liked it LOL

...maybe my expectations have lowered and I was bracing for worse things but nothing of that sort was shown so for now my fears are allayed.

So the epi begins with a Mohan-Guru scene and it's a promising start...Guru narrating that BAIL waali story about his mom-dad LOL

...and the usual MG banter...yes, Mohan is invariably drawn to the door of the Vyas house and this doesn't escape Guru's notice...the scene was more or less what they showed in yesterday's precap and it was cute enough.

The storyline movement of the day was for the fact that the FIL finally allowed Megha to get a job after seeing the way Renu was continuously attacking her self-respect...it was a good scene...and also made me think that yeh Renu bhaang peeke zyada entertaining lagti hai...she should stay in that mode only...koi baat nahin...Holi aa rahi hai...isko phir se talli kar dena chahiye :P...oh before all this I LOVED how Sanjay was being sarcastic with Renu and that chooza Tanu LOL

The Mohan-Nanhi scene...AWWW...I don't care what they do...I just get so HAPPY seeing their scenes...the way Mohan smiled when he saw her thank you card...and him writing the thank you back on it...but abhi bhi full patch up nahin hua...looking forward to that soon...but nice to see her calling him Spiderman again.

An MM stare moment after this which Chanchal notices and so we have the next phase in this story...Chanchu telling Renu sab mirch masala lagaa ke that Mohan is now after Megha and she has to keep a nazar on them...umm ok...I can see where this is going...ahh well LOL

I liked how Megha encouraged Nanhi to be strong and go to school...sweet scene b/w mother-daughter.

Precap...not bad...I liked the matter of fact tone that Megha used when she told him to have the haldi wala doodh...and Mohan just nodding his head like an obedient good boy LOL

So today I'm satisfied with the epi...this is NBT like it usually is...and the MM story has started on a track but it wasn't jarring today so I'm ok with it.

So.. today's episode was better according to most of people here.. coz it had less romantic MegHan scenes.. LOL

and the story had definately moved ahead.. coz now Megha now going out for work..! Dancing

Thanks to FIL.. who very badly needed a reality check.. which he got listening to renu's ill talk..and he realised finally.. what injustice he was doing by not allowing his DIL to work,..!!!

btw.. fab episode analysis by u dear.. Clap

me never minded so many romantic scenes of MegHan in yesterday's episode..!! Tongue

coz i love any kind of MegHan scenes Embarrassed

.. be it their fight , nok-jhokh , romantic scene , etc..!

today's small MegHan scene in end and precap is simply too good..!! Embarrassed

ps: reserved for my essay after I get back home, but overall, yes, maine bhi bhaang ni pi and I still found the episode pretty decent - a usual good midweek NBT sailor! Thumbs Up

LOL I just got done posting...but yeah I'm waiting to see the reactions today... LOL

Nothing jarred me today...and that's big I guess compared to yesterday which totally stumped me LOL

...and now even if they are showing Mohan's pull towards Megha, it's not jarring me atleast so I'm ok I guess.

An out of order episode generates disagreements and me love that LOL

Now coming to the episode: Decent one and each scene had a purpose. Renu's tirade against Megha paved the way for getting the work permission from FIL. He wouldn't have agreed if he hadn't heard Renu's harsh words.

I fear for the appearance of that doctor tomorrow LOL

Ohh yea...today's epi definately gave the real NBT...wala feel...

starting with MG...rofl at Guru's laaammmbee singh wala Bhais...

Mohan Nanhi scene...awww...really...loved the little gesture of nanhi thanking Mohan and Mohan reciprocated in doble awwing way..:P..the smile from Nanhi on hearing the friendship proposal from Mohan goes to show Nanhi was soften a bit...naice..

Addu eating maggi and hi gramd ma sayin "yeh school se aane ke baad yehi khaat hain"..hahah...even I used to do that...

rightly pointed about Renu and her chugalkhor partner's chat heading on which way...

The scene that i loved the most was the entire FIL giving Megha permission to do a job...Fabulously done..

Akanksha was too good today...specially in the scene with Nanhi...

precap...i dont knw...m sort of not convinced with it

True nur i was also prepared this time. So little bit of cliches coming didn't affect me too much. But still i could not enjoy it from start. Infact guru-mohan scene was the first scene, in my y'days disappointment i didn't really watch the scene. It just went over my head. Only from Mohan-nanhi scene, i was feeling OK.

I like Sanjay scene - 1st time a lighter scene from Sanjay. Renu didn't have to so mean to him about the CA thing. Already he is low self-esteem person.

I think megha will end in Mohan's office somehow. But how? i'm confused about that.

Precap: When Haldi wala doodh was mentioned, i got a little bit tensed, but like you said megha's was telling in a straight way and Mohan's surprised, obedient nod was cute.
