This episode is funny as well as points to the woes faced by common man.
They divert water.
They dig holes and dont care for months.
They are insensitive.
As for the Pre cap, seems the common men and women teach them a lesson by using the unauthorised water supply at the swimming pool for their daily chores like washing, cleaning etc.
Enjoyable episode.
