If an advocate is not in a position to speak for any reason, it is sufficient he submits written statement and judge has to go through the same before he pronounces judgement.. His stammering has been blown up out of proportion to create some tension to others.

I think here is a confusion!

Chachu did not have the evidence which brought the twist in the tale...

He was comparing the new rectification deed with the original Power of attorney when he spotted the dates and then asked to question the client!

BTW, this was over dramatic for sure! In normal court procedure, Chachu should have asked for time to study the rectification deed and asked for a new "TARIKH" for the case... or at least asked for an interval for the same day and done the study! Nothing like this, when the judge is about to sunaofy the faisla...

An interesting observation.

In that case chachu would have been winning the cases without worrying about his stammering.

This is the normal way when fresh evidence is brought about.

CVs dont do their homework properly.

They were in a hurry to show that chachu won the case and all are happy in this episode itself.
