Bhoomi poojai for Subbu's new land.. Rasamma asks if Ila has done arrangements to dig right at the point they hid the statue.. Ila says Yes.. Rasamma blabbers to the poosari about statue under the ground and Ganga giving away the land for building a temple on this land .. Ila shuts her u saying it was a dream of Rasamma.. Poosari says dreamla Pillayar means this construction will happen in great class.

Ayya wonders why Kula is farming his land asks Kula too do a bhoomi poojai at his land also.. Kula says soon he will do it.. Poojai finished.. All smiling.. Rama wants the 3 sisters to start the process of digging.. Ganga wants Ayya, ammas, brothers and their wives also to join.. Ayya agrees.. All together hold the gadaparai and dig thrice.. Kannuswamy continues the excavation and Ayya instructs him.. Rama picks some mud and wants to keep it in her pooja room as a pokisham.. Charu is excited too.. Ganga takes her sisters and parents aside and daughters takes blessings to do grihapravesam of the new home the next year the same day.. Ayya and wives bless them.. Subbu says in the new home your twins and Rama's child should crawl and Ayya, Natchiyar and Myself should enjoy playing with them.. Sisters blush.. Vadivu wants to reveal her pregnancy and Sara stops her.. They hear a ting sound .. Kula, Karthik Ila, Manga, Rasamma (KKIMR) are excited and waiting to see Pillayar silai to come out.. They dig deeper and pull out a huge rock.. KKIRM shocked.. Ayya says I thought it would be a treasure.. he orders to throw the rock and continue excavation.. Kula is furious that statue did not turn up.. Ila asks Manga if this was the place they hid. Manga says amavasai iruttla onnum theriayala.. Ila upset.. Karthik says Ila has must have put a stone on top of statue.. Soon the statue will come out. At the same time, Ramaswamy farming on Kula's land screams ellarum odiyanga inga ennamo podhanju irukku.. the crowd runs to that spot.. Ramaswamy says Pillayar silai found while farming.. Ila, Manga, Rasamma facela no fly dancing. One villager says according the rules of this town, if a statue is found in land then that land should be donated and a temple should be constructed there.. Poojai is done for the statue.. Ayya asks Kula to put a kottagai for the statue and keep Ramaswamy on guard.. the crowd disperses.. Karthik yells at Ila for wrongly placing the statue.. Ila, Manga and Rasamma run away.. Karthik chases .. Kula fumes..

Back at home, Karthik is pacing up and down with a uruttukattai to hit ila.. Ila decides to switch him off by giving him his favourite Badam paal.. Karthik goes gagaga seeing his decked up wife with a glass of milk in her hand.. Ila blushes.. (kotta pakkum in BGM)
