Theme may be same but there are lot of differences in both.

1) Viraj likes jhanavi alot

2) Viraj is an anti-hero not villain

3) There is no dadi factor in shravanthi

4) Viraj suffers from mental disorder

and so on...

I guess its inspired from it, but not a exact remake, but yes the general gist of it all, arranged marriage to someone rich, who ends up being abusive, yes that theme is in common. Lets see if the ending is in common too, since in Shravanthi, the female lead basically escapes from her husband and ends up with another guy.
