When I first starting using HerbalLife product, I was excited. The taste is good at all and I am satisfy using this product. I would definitely buy from this seller again, prices were reasonable and not too expensive.

Always eat fruits and vegetables they will not raise your cholesterol level. Use low fat dairy products and try to use those  type of grain they can help to control your cholesterol.

...these shakes helps you a lot...even i wanted to lose weight...and i tried everything with little or no results...later I realized only watching our diet and exercising is not the way to achieve weight lose...but also getting the required nutrients...these shakes have all the required nutrients...its a healthy way to lose weight

Weight is major problem for the health but there are so many ways to control it like drink more and more water per day , do yoga and exercises daily, be positive that you can do it. drink green tea at least once in a day.
these all are the best ways for weight loss.
