Runjhun enters Ittarwali Gali yelling out venerating herself as Hardoi's Joota Mata Rani and everyone pours out and stares in shock. Runjhun asks Guddu where he's bought her and he tells her that this is her house.
Runjhun wonders why there are other people staying in her house. Guddu introduces them all and Amma to Runjhun. Runjhun is surprised and asks Guddu why they are all staring at her. Guddu says that for them she is their Runjhun and they've never seen her in this avatar so they're surprised. Guddu tells her they will head inside and Runjhun says that since it is her house she will go in first and he will follow.
She walks in and the rest of the family follow, along with Guddu as well. Runjhun takes in her surroundings and Amma asks Runjhun where she'd gone. Even Mahadevi tells Runjhun they missed her and holds out her baby girl for Runjhun. Runjhun takes the baby in her hands and tells Guddu that the baby is really cute. Amma wants to bless Runjhun and does aarti but Runjhun asks Guddu why Amma is doing her aarti and who she is.
Then she tells Guddu that he lied to her and that they do know her here. She tells Amma not to do aarti but rather to greet her by touching her feet. Amma is shocked. Mittho tells Amma that RUnjhun must be tired, and Runjhun calls Mittho "Yellow Sweater" and asks her why she's calling Amma "Amma" if she's Runjhun's Amma. Guddu tells Runjhun that everyone calls Amma "Amma". Runjhun wonders if she's like the Mata in the temple.
Vishnu comes in and Kalsanwali is excited and tells her that Runjhun is home. Vishnu is rude to Kalsanwali which earns him a scolding from Runjhun who calls him "Black Coat" tells him if he's rude in her presence she will beat him up so hard that his mustache will turn white and his face black. Guddu looks amused for a second and Amma wonders why Runjhun is talking like that. She asks Guddu what's happened to Runjhun. Runjhun says to everyone that she's not Runjhun but Joota Mata Rani. She hands Mahadevi "Two plaits" her baby back. The others all ponder within themselves. Billo and Buntu wonder if Runjhun has gone mad and if so that means she remembers nothing about them and all they have to do is treat her well. Kalsanwali and Vishnu wonder if Guddu is playing a trick and how come she seems to know Guddu but not the rest of them.
Runjhun watches and asks them why they are all whispering. Kalsanwali says she is just explaining to Vishnu some things. Runjhun zeroes in on Buntu and follows him as he tries to hide behind Billo wondering why Runjhun is staring him down. Billo tells Runjhun that Buntu is her uncle and Runjhun asks Billo who is she to Buntu. Billo says that Buntu is her husband. Runjhun says that it looks like a black grape is attached to bunch of white grape and says she will fix it and beats him up with a shoe. Everyone is surprised and shocked as Runjhun beats Buntu with a shoe. Guddu looks amused for a second but stops Runjhun and pulls the shoe out of her hand and tells her she doesn't need to beat anyone up. Kalsanwali looks scared. Runjhun tells everyone they can go back to their house and asks Guddu where her room is. Guddu takes her up to her room.
Mahadevi hands the baby to Amma and joins them upstairs and tells Guddu that she will sit with Runjhun. Runjhun sees Mahadevi smiling and is curious then spots her picture on the wall and wonders why her photo is on the wall. Mahadevi tells her that it is her house, her room so the photo is hers as well. She gets angry at Mahadevi that she calls her Runjhun also and Didi also. Mahadevi is sad, and Runjhun then sees her picture dressed as the old Runjhun. She looks apologetic to Mahadevi and calls her closer and asks her why she's dressed like that. Mahadevi tells Runjhun that she used to dress like that before. Runjhun says she likes the photo.
She then spots Guddu's photo and wonders what his picture is doing here.
The others downstairs wonder about Runjhun. Buntu complains and Vishnu and Mittho comemnt that maybe Guddu bought home an impostor. Amma tells them that she recognizes her grand daughter just doesn't know why she's behaving in this manner. Kalsanwali says maybe Runjhun is taking revenge on them (I think all the mamas and mamis were voicing out theories to Guddu). Guddu explains that Runjhun was injured escaping from Pappu Yadav and Neelu and in the process somehow ended up with Lakhan Mishra. He tells them that Runjhun has lost her memory entirely and Lakhan Mishra used it to earn money from people by calling her Joota Mata Rani. Amma is upset and Guddu tells her that he brought her home with great difficulty, and that she didn't recognize him as well.
Runjhun on the other hand grabs all of Guddu's photos even the one with her in it and says that in her room only her photo will remain and takes all photos of Guddu and walks out as Mahadevi tries to stop her. She throws Guddu's photo which falls on the floor and shatters.
Precap: Guddu brings prasad from the temple and Runjhun tells Guddu he never goes to the temple which shocks Guddu and he asks her how she knows. She says she just does as she eats the prasad.
