Karthick is shocked at her behaviour & complains to his dad
.Sudhir asks him to sit in Nutz car & not make a scene as they are late for the party. Kartick after some token protest obeys.
The family moves to sit in the car. (Doggie ki dum kabhi seedhi nahin ho sakti!
After all they did for her post abortion this is how the ingrate pays them back!
)Nightime at Kapoor Mansion.Golu all worried makes a call to a lady doctor to check if she has received Priya's medical reports which he has emailed to her.The doc says she has studied the reports & its a good thing the biopsy was carried out pronto.This way it'd be easier to check if the tumour is malignant or not.Even if it does turn out to be cancer then there are remedies in modern medical science.Either ways they'll know the results in 7 days.Feeling slightly reassured Ram thanks her & cuts the call.
Shipra is startled awake by some nightmare.Sudhir asks her what's wrong.Shipra says Priya is in trouble & is calling out for her but Shipra is unable to help.Sudhir pacifies her saying it was Ram who was ill but now his reports say he is fine so why is Shipra worrying over Priya.But Ships is sure something has happened to Priya.Sudhir makes her drink some water & helps her to sleep.

But neend mein bhi does not wish to disturb his lovely wife so he is careful not to snore.
Priya beside him on the couch lovingly staring at him. Ram wakes up & says why is she up so early. She replies she could not sleep.Ram all worried that it was because of his snoring.) But Priya tells him he only started snoring towards morning.All was very quiet the whole night.Which means Ram was up all night worrying about her.Priya continues that she was waiting all night for him to sleep so she too could go sleep in the familiar sounds of his snoring.It was a complete sannaata in their room.Ram sits back thoughtfully & agrees that it was really deathly quiet.
Rams tells her he is amazed at her courage & the way she is handling the news of her illness.Priya smiles & thus begins a beautiful monologue about life & its unpredictability.Priya says all that happened today has got her wondering about the futility of life.There are so many things we put it off for tomorrow not knowing if there ever will be a tomorrow. She tells her life could go two ways once her reports are in after seven days.If all is well, which she too desires, she'd go back to her routine life of classes & all.But if God forbid she is really ill then it will lead to a whole ngew life for her & Ram too.A life of cancer treatment, medications, more tests & so forth.She isn't afraid of that but she is worried that she will not be able to do certain things, fulfill certain responsibilities.She won't be able to do things for herself. Ram is placidly listening to her & a few home truths are dawning on him too.
She tells Ram life could change in a week for her so before that she wants to live life to fullest.She wants to do everything she had always wanted to do but never gotten around to.
She looks deeply into Ram's eyes & asks him if he would be her escort in this journey.Ram is overwhelmed.
Ram says he wants to show her something & runs to his cupboard & brings out a folded sheet of paper.He tells her it was his wishlist that he had made when he was a kid.He wrote down everything he could think of.But could not accomplish even one of his wishes.He tears off the paper saying now he wants Priya to prepare her wishlist.His sole job would to see to it that each & every one of her wish is fulfilled.He tells her she simply has to tell him whatever she wants done & he will make it happen. (Haye! Main sadke jaawaan!
) Priya says its hard for her to think up all her wishes. Sometimes vene a lifetime is not enough to decide all our wants & needs so how can she decide that in a minute.She needs time.
Priya asks him to get ready for the office but Ram wants to stay home to be with her.Priya refuses saying nothing is confirmed yet why is he treating her like a patient already.She says she will ask him to stay home herself if it was really needed.Ram says when he comes back from the office she has to keep the wishlist ready.Priya says she would do it if he promises not to tell their family anything about her health at this time.Ram disagrees saying they are their families & they have a right to know.Ram feels its very wrong to hide such a huge matter from their own people.
Priya counters saying nothing is confirmed yet so there is no need to worry them now.She says her resolve will weaken if she sees their sad & worried faces. Ram reluctantly agrees & Priya seals the deal with a lovely handshake.Ram smiles back at her divinely & shakes her hand. Screen freezes for the day on a very happy Pippu.
Precap: Ram & Vikram in Ram's office.(Viks should really join back Kapoor Corporation.He practically lives there) He asks Ram if anything is worrying him.Ram says no but Viks keeps after him.Ram says Priya has ordered him not to say anything.Viks gives him a knowing smile & says Ram has turned into a complete Pati. (Nah re,Vikki!Suhaagraat abhi baaki hain mere bhai
)
Lovely lovely PriAm scene.Awesomely written dialogues & superbly enacted by Saakshi & Ram. The serenity on their faces & deep bond between them really touches the heart. The way they are preparing to brace the coming storm with nothing but each other as shields & weapons was truly a moment to watch & cherish.
Superbly directed episode.Hats off to CVs.No teen bandars with their TV serialness & even Nutz was packed away after the opening scene.Thank CVs.
Today I loved Shipra's nightmare scene too.I can vouch for the fact that no matter what nothing can be hidden from our Moms. I am amazed the telepathy this lot possesses where their kids are concerned.Touching.
