Kula stares at the groom's family. And they in turn stare at Kula. Ayya introduces Kula and they act as if they are meeting for the first time. Ayya asks Kula to sit but he goes and stands next to Karthik. MA brings Charu for the official girl seeing. The asingakutty Aravindan (AKA) drools. His parents are happy, the sister gives a measured look at Charu. Paatti is very glad. The sister asks if the girl knows to sing. Ila counters her if she is going to make Charu give a concert. Karthik laughs aloud. Ayya shuts him up. Sister replies that after Charu comes home, they will know that there would not only be a concert but also dance. Ila replies that they would know who would sing and dance later. Manga goes ala P.S.Veerappa - sabaash seriyaana pOtti. The groom and bride joLLu continues. The sister wants to talk other stuff. What do you expect is ayya's question. Kula barges in to say talk about all that later, for now talk about the families without hiding any issues. There can be problems because of that. Naachch asks him what problems - if nobody acts smart - there would be no issues. Kula stares at the Muththaiah (AKA's father) who wants to say something out in the open. All know Ayya's family and they know him too well. They have come with so much joy to propose for their son. The mother asks AKA if he likes Charu - again he begins drooling and says a big yes. Muththiah wants to know if Charu is okay with it. Ayya asks Subbu to take Charu inside to ask her opinion. Kula tells Karthik to stay there while he is going out for 5 minutes. Karthik wonders why his maama went out.
Kula calls his driver Shiva and asks him to cut the brake wires of AKA's car. The driver is reluctant but does so. Subbu asks Charu for her opinion, she can take even a couple of days to decide. Charu has no problems but wants to study even after marriage. For her , education is more important. Her life ambition to become an IPS officer. Subbu still wants to know if Charu likes AKA. Charu beats around the bush, says she is okay if all of them like. Subbu goes out all smiles, tells Muththiah family that not only Charu but all of them like AKA. But Charu wants to continue her education and join the civil services. Mrs. Muththiah is okay with it. Ila and Manga are asked to bring eats. Karthik takes 5 minutes, goes out looks at the car and gets a bright idea. Calls for the same driver Shiva, asks him to shave off his beard, sends him to the saloon. Karthik sees a corn cob lying down, he picks it and pushes it into the exhaust pipe.
Muththiah family takes leave after deciding to have the engagement on an auspiscious day. They get into the car, the car does not start. Jyothi the sister feels it is abasaguNam. Mrs. Muththiah says it is not. Muththiah says sometimes this happens. AKA scolds his daddy for not looking into this earlier. Ayya asks AKA not to shout at his daddy, sends them in his car. Kula is asked by Karthik if this plan is a failure too, Karthik about to tell Kula of his actions, but ayya calls him. Karthik is told to get the car mechanic and deliver the car at AKA's . Karthik thought that the grooms would walk back but now... tells Naachch that this is abasaguNam. Naachch says that should be the SoorakOttai's worry but they themselves feel that their bonding would strengthen. Karthik is asked to get the mechanic by ayya. Karthik wants to make the car alright by himself. Kula too asks him to get a mechanic, but Ila pulls Kula away. Karthik keeps talking to the car, pushes the corn cob with his leg. He asks Ila to get in the car to go shopping. MA wants to go to the market too. So she too hops in. Kula desparately tries to stop them. But they drive away. Ayya and the rest of the family go in leaving a helpless Kula at the gate...

Karthik takes Ila and MA in the car amidst protests from
Kula.. The trio speeding in the car.. MA fears but Ila and Karthik over bandha
about Karthik's gr8 driving skills.. Kula calls up Ila and manages to tell them
that somebody has cut the brake wire.. Karthik who initially thinks it is a
comedy, tries to brake, realizes it isn't working and updates that to his MIL
and wifey.. Kula worried.. MA polambufies.. I have yet not seen the IAS exam
results of my DIL and also not seen my unborn grandchild yet.. She prays to
Tirupathi ezhumalayan that if they are wheeled out safely she will put mottai
for Ila.. Ila says not me you can tonsure if you want.. MA says uyir important
or masiru.. Karthik says coming Sunday lets start a pattimardram on this
topic.. 
Ila says I have a lot of unfulfilled dreams and requests Karthik to
somehow slow down so that she can jump off.. MA says I will jump on Ila and
escape from hurting myself.. (tensionlayam MA nalla comedy panranga 
).. Karthik says
asku busku I have plans of ditching you two and jump off in other direction and
can marry another girl if I am alive.. 
Karthik suggests Ila to call 108
ambulance.. Karthik reaches the same spot where the couple fell of while
driving his tricycle.. he says I will drive down the valley and try to crash
and stop car .. if we are lucky we will be alive and kill others if not lets
die and make other happy.. he tells Ila if you are a pathini. You die as a
sumangali and your thali bagyam will save me.. MA says ayoo losse mappilai..
The trio scream and car turns upside down..
Ganga, Subbu, Ila and Natchiyar come to Soorakottai.. (oh
Ila and Co escapeaa.. 2 segments on the drive and no mention of whether they
escaped and how .. argghhh!! 
).. AKA family gives a warm welcome.. Ila does
some bandha and Natchiyar shuts her up.. AKA welcomes all and says Hi akka to
Ila. Ila replies Aay da.. AKA corrects her it is not Aay it is hai.. AKA
addresses Ganga as madam.. Patti asks Jyothi to bring palaharam.. Jyothi
attikindu vanthu serves Vadai and some boondhi and says enga veettu palaharam
will never go stale even after many days of preparation. All feel uneasy.. Ila
asks if this food was prepared long ago.. Natchiyar shuts her up and tells my
DIL is big mouthed so please don't feel bad.. Patti says DILna should be gala
gala like this, looks at her DIL PN and smirks.. (enna kudumbamada.. 
ithula Ayya claimed that he has done the background check and gave a clean chit !! 
) All start eating.. Patti says
Jyothi to bring coffee.. Jyothi bangs the tray on the table and says leave the
plates on this after eating and goes in.. Ila wants to eat more , so runs into
the kitchen in the name of seeing the home Charu is going to live.. She flicks
a vadai and Jyothi teases her.. Ila notices a lot of ratio cards in the shelf
and questions on the same.. Jyothi plucks them, hides it in her saree and says
this belongs to oor makkal to whom I give money when they need.. 
Ila says so
you are ration card pawning party and want a collector samandham is it.. hold
on I will inform all.. 
Jyothi stops Ila and says none at home know this..
Please don't tell the collector.. oor makkal walk in to meet Ganga the
collector. Jyothi and Ila too come out and stand beside them.. One lady in the
crowd says in this city one lady is taking our ration cards as a pawn and
refusing to give it back to us.. Another lady says since we have pledged our
cards we are unable to buy any ration items.. Third lady says that lady buys
all the items using our cards and sells it at higher prices.. Please help us
recover our cards.. Jyothi is perplexed and ila smirks.. Ganga says it is an
offence to confiscate Ration cards, use them but items and sell it at higher
rates.. That person can be jailed.. Please tell me who it is and give me a
complaint in writing and I will take necessary action.. Jyothi scared.. Ila
offers to bring paper pen.. Jyothi stops her and yells at the people to walk
out since Ganga has come to see mappilai and they are disturbing her.. Ila says
if so give the ration cards you have hidden in your saree.. (Ila you are rocking today ) Ganga asks what's
all this.. First remove it .. Jyothi pulls out a load of cards and Ganga is
shocked..

Wednesday - Feb 01 - 2012
Ganga
asks Jothi to show the ration cards and she asks her to give back. She
says don't do it any more. Jothi doesn't like it but she gives it back.
They
all sit and talk. Muthiah says he has so much property and he has
forms. But my son wanted to do this business. All are happy. They drink
coffee and leave.
In a government office Rama gets her first
check for 5 lakhs. Kula is also there. The officer praise her. She says
all is due to mama help. She gets the check and try to fall on his feet.
Kula just gets up and walk away. Sara tells her he won't change at
all.
Kula is upset. He talks to himself he needs to do something.
He
sees a EB guy. Tells that guy to disconnect Mil power and give
connection to the Mill from an electric post. So EB can close the Mill
saying you run it on stolen power. That guy agrees to do that. Kula
talks to himself saying you cannot come to get next check. You are going
to run to the police station and court.
At night that guy does as planned.
Rama
and JC go home and get new dresses for everyone. Muthu is happy. She
tells Rama not to tell Kula. But Rama tells he already knows. kula
comes on cue.
Rama Loosu (I am so angry with her) gives the
clothes to Kula. He scolds her for giving it. Tells he is not going to
take it. Rama is upset. kula is
Exactly at the same time the EB guy calls and informs Kula job done.
Kula
comes back and tells he is going to take the veshti. Rama is happy and
says she has inba adirchi. He talks to himself she is going to get a
real adirchi.
Next day karti and Kula examining the Kokki
(pulling current from EB post). Kula tells it is my job. He asks karthi
to talk to EB office nd complain against the Mill.
Karthi calls
EB office and talks as some one else and informs the news that Rama
Mills is stealing current. EB officer says I am coming immediately. they
both walk away from there.
Police and EB people coem and tell they want to check the main board. They do and findout it is stolen current.

February 2nd Thursday
The
line man showing the illegal surutting of electricity. The EB officer
asks that the line be cut and the meter sealed. Rama in tears, JC does
not know what and how to explain. Rama says only yesterday someone must
have done this jigrypugry. Both husband beg the EB officer not to seal
. Why commit the mistake and tell sondha kadhai sOga kadhais now is
the officer's question. He asks the inspector to file the case
arresting JC. Karthik & Kula very happy to see that JC is being
taken by the police. They leave. Rama tells she will see her akka and
find a way out. JC is taken away by the police. Rama calls Ganga and
updates her vilaavariyaa, with oppaari. Ganga wants her to stop crying -
come to the police station, she too would be there. The mill will
operate - not a problem.
Ganga reaches the police station, Rama runs to Ganga (nee Odradha paarththa preggie nu karpooram aNaichchaa kooda namba maattaainga)
The inspector treats Ganga respectfully, says that it was true that
the electricity was connected from the street lamp. Ganga wants to
lodge a complaint. She asks Rama to write the complaint for the
inspector to find out the culprit and punish them. FIR already filed on
JC says the inspector. Ganga wants to take him out on personal
guarantee. Inspector has to produce JC in court. Dont be in a hurry -
she requests him to find the real culprit and not to hurry things.
Inspector gets the papers signed and sends JC along with Ganga.
Ganga
takes Rama to the EB office to talk to the vigilance officers. JC says
his father would be too happy on knowing the mill is not functioning.
He would be surprised how soon the mil re-operates says Ganga. They
reach the EB office. Ganga talks to the officer, saying Rama & JC
not at fault, police complaint lodged. Gives him an order to reconnect
the electricity to the mill. The officer promises that the mill would
start working in a couple of hours. (idiot collector - who informed the vigilance officer nu wont you ask??)
They come out, Ganga tells Rama to send JC to the mill and inform her
once the mill begins functioning. Rama thanks Ganga - Ganga came there
not just because Rama is her sister but because justice was on her side.
As a collector you should be on the right side of righteousness. Not
enough to be a good collector should prove that they are ayya's
children.
Rama, JC and
Mutharasi sitting at three pillars. Kula comes in asks if they are all
supporting the pillars because of the power cut at the mill. JC begins
amma, Kula stops him and asks if she is the EB officer to give the power
immediately. He recalls how they invited him for the opening of the
mill with posters and crackers. He wants to do the same thing now for
the closure in a grand manner. MA stops him and shouts that some paavi
must have done. Kula does not want others to be blamed for the fault of
JC and Rama. Their bad time has begun he shouts. Argument between MA
& Kula. Kula is happy now, all these days they were irritating
him.
Rama is confident that
they would reach their goal. Kula tells JC that to reach her goal she
might send JC to the gallows. MA wants Kula to tell whatever he wants
so that they understand. Kula does not want to have his food there.
Rama is adamant that he should eat until she does. Kula says what if
the police come home for any thagiduthatham they do. He is a very good
person he self certifies. Kula wants to stay hungry that day because it
would cause pain to Rama. Kula wants JC to fall at his feet one day.
At
the temple AKA with a red rose praying to God that Charu must come
alone to the temple. The bell tolls and Charu is the one ringing the
bell...

simple updates
- AKA praying at temple and want to met charu alone. Same time
Charu came there with her sis. Poosari ask about ponnu pakaram event and
ask whether ponnu and mappilai like each other. Poosari ask Charu
whether she likes mappilai.. AKA who is hiding pillar praying hard so
that Charu said like. Charu reply that she like amman alagaram.. Poosari
understand her inner meanings. Later AKA ask poosari what is the
meaning of charu answer. Poosari advice AKA to be more sharp and inform
him that Charu likes him alot. He ask him to impress her and win her
heart. AKA tries to talk to charu alone but ganga tells AKA that its not
nice to be seen together before enggagement.
- Gangga is showing everyone at nachiar home her house plan.
Everyone praises her plan except Kartik. They wanna to have boomi pooja
on wed. Ila initialy want gangga to postpones the buliding until her
father cooles down. But after gangga tells her that she and her father
will have each floor for themselves... she change the track. Kartik
scold Illa for supporting Gangga and ask Illa to help to prevent gangga
from building ther house. He manages to change Illa mind and promise to
build 8 storey for themselves..
- Illa and gang ...Mangga and Rasamah is planning how to stop
gangga.. Mangga says that Kartik always uses Illa to carry out any plan
for her father. Rasamah ask Illa to send hoax sms to gangga from her
phone.. Illa scolds rasamah for her stupid plan. Finnaly mangga give a
good idea by stealing a pillar and bury under gangga land.At nite, the
gang execute their plan of stealing pillar...
