Combination of 1 and 2. I absolutely love the budding relationship between Mohan and Nanhi. They share a level of understanding which is hard to find given their age gap. Nanhi is surprisingly not just another 8 year old, she knows and understands things way beyond her age. The way she said
'Aur unhone aapko maara', so easily to Mohan today was brilliant. It was as if she knew why he couldn't address Mr.Bhatnagar as 'Papa'.
And ofcourse, I'm really looking forward to the Mohan-Megha romance. I really hope it's not going to be another run-of-the-mill typical potboiler romance. It should be more mature and sensitive, given both Mohan and Megha's pasts have been painful.
