Madhuri Dixit is the all time top Bollywood Actress. Initially dismissed at the start of her career, it was the release of Tezaab (1988) that made things happen for Madhuri. Then with Dil (1990) and Beta (1992), Madhuri took Sri Devi's crown. Hum Aapke Hain Koun…! (1994) further consolidated her position. Yash Chopra's Dil To Pagal Hai (1997), was Madhuri's last major success.


As well as being a talented actress, Madhuri Dixit is also a fine dancer. Her sizzling dance numbers, Ek Do Teen, Dhak Dhak Karne Laga and Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai are Bollywood's most sensual moments. Since the hits dried up, Madhuri has broken millions of hearts by getting married. Madhuri seems poised to make a grand comeback with her current project, Devdas. The last lady superstar of Hindi films , Madhuri Dixit , has returned to the US without signing any film . The actress (reportedly) heard over 20 scripts during her fairly long stay in India and liked three or four of them . But her fans need not despair as modalities are being worked out and further negotiations are in progress .
