Thanks for the updates Sweety and Dulimini for the heads up with the results.
I only saw the Finals yesterday and here is my small review about them.
1) Surya/Shivani
- Shivan's classical was okay, felt it could have been better but she has great expresion
- The part outside with the car was not really fair. Wish they did it insidee the studio but dancing with the car was done well.
- Surya spend too much time on the pole with the other people...that is not even dancing.
- Folk ending was not bad
2) Bobby and Swarna
- The overhead projection was a super idea but sometimes I felt Swarna got cut off.
- Bobby's dance with the other 7 Bobbys on the screen was a good idea but wished he never did the costume change that many times.
- Western hip hop portion was done really well.
- Folk was also great.
3) Sujith and Ankitha
- Sujith's intro was okay
- Ankitha's Kaanaleyai song was good
- The shadown bit was good
- But I felt that something was missing.
4) Puvi and Anusha
- Really loved the silhouettes idea, it was done really well.
- Puvi's ladder portion could have been reduced to more dancing but it was not nice to see him
- The western part with the military outfits was good
- Ending was great
- Poor Puvi, looks like he had a pretty bad fall.
Overall my favourite final performances ere Puvi and Anusha's. I think both have great screen presence and dance well. Bobby and Swarna are also really good.
