Ppl need to have full discussions in one thread on the same topic.
Veena, dhakarn, other picture creators need to create their own gallery, and post their like we did.
Babs, mitaly, anando, deepali etc need to create their vms gallery.
This way their work will be recognised better, and they will be pink topics.
Cv complaints need to be posted in cvs thread. Otherwise if the forum is spammed, ppl won't like to read and comment in open topics.
And sense of humour is missing...
Ppl need to take topics and tracks lightly.
There is no harm to have humoured fun on your fav characters, just have fun and laughs.
On our pk forum we have serious discussions, but we have fun on our fav characters too, despite loving those characters to bits.
Organise forumwaasi awards, serious, comedy, vm, besharam categories. Let ppl nominate fot each category and vote...have a awards ceremony for forum members. It's loads of fun, I got best vm creator award there, it feels nice and motivating.
These are just some ideas.
