Hiya everyone! =D I knw it's been about 3 wks since I updated...nd I don't reallii have an excuse not to update...but I'm sorry nd I hope yuuh wonderful people can forgive me =) But from now on I'm going to try harder to write more chapters...nd right nw I'm writing a whole lot of chapters so I hope that continues...anyways I have news =) I'm turning this SS into an FF!!! =D Hehe..I knw I'm going on nd on but for the 1st time I was reallii happy with this chapter...nd I hope yuuh like it =) Btw this is going to be a special update cuz I'm updating 2 chappies =D Actually it's going to be a special week...I'll tell yuuh this surprise later...but for now I hope yuuh like this =) 

Chapter 7

"No, no, no way!" Shefali shouted.

"Kyun nai? I don't really want to go with him but I have to!" I tried to make Shefali understand but she wouldn't agree. She's just a stubborn brat.

"You're a stubborn brat you know that" I cried out.

"I'm a stubborn brat? You're the one that has to walk down that damn red carpet and you want to walk with your annoying boyfriend, Ranveer" Shefali said in a disgusting tone. I looked up to see a disgusted expression on her face. "I still can't believe you're still with that boyfriend of yours! You..." Shefali bellowed then paused.

"You what?" I asked.

"Never mind, you won't believe me" She sighed a frustrated sigh.

"Bol na!"

"Fine" She said grudgingly. She got up from her chair and came to sit beside me on the couch. Shefali then put her hands on my shoulders and said "I think you like Arjun, but you won't admit it."

I gasped and stood up. Well that was shocking I thought to myself. "Obviously I do! Everyone does. He's just so hot" I mumbled. I could feel my cheeks turning red.

"See! I just said his name and right away you started blushing."

I checked in the mirror and yup she's right I'm totally blushing. "I'm not blushing" I said nervously. "I'm just flustered." Oh god! Why did I say flustered? I didn't mean it like that. Now Shefali's going to know for sure.

"Oooh, why are you flustered Aru? Maybe because you like Arjun and whenever he's mentioned or you see him you turn red like a tamatar."

"Shut up! It's not like that, we're just friends. And that's what we'll always be." I wish what I said wasn't true though, I sometimes wish Arjun could see me not as a friend but a really close friend, on whom he could rely on. But that's never going to happen.

"What's never going to happen?" Shefali asked, taking me out of my thoughts.

"Nothing, I was just thinking random thoughts."

"Okay whatever, but still, you came into this movie as a dancer in songs, but now you are actually playing big parts with Arjun and Priyanka. Don't you see how your career is going higher? Soon you'll be one of the main characters, if not already" Shefali explained.

"I'm lost, what's your point?"

"My point is that within a week you'll be one of the main characters and people will want to see you and Arjun at the red carpet, not you and Ranveer."

"I know that, but main kya karoon? Ranveer is my boyfriend and he'll get all weirded out if I just try to explain this to him."

"Then don't explain it, just don't say anything."

"But he's going to ask anyways."

"How exactly did he find out about this?" Shefali asked suspiciously.

"Umm...let me think" I said trying to remember exactly what Ranveer said when he found out.

*FlASHBACK*

"Arohi, you didn't tell me that there was going to be a red carpet award ceremony" Ranveer said as he walked towards me from the hallway.

Oh god why did you let him find out? I didn't want him to come. I wanted to walk down the red carpet by myself. "Oh yeah, I totally forgot. I'm just so busy these days. I don't remember a lot of things" I bit on my tongue before I could say anything else.

"So when are we going?" Ranveer asked.

"It is two weeks from now, so that's enough time to get ready" I said, when I realized what he first said. He said I didn't tell him. So who would have told him? "Uuh, by the way, who told you about this?"

"I didn't tell you?"

"Nope!"

"Oh, Anushka, your hair person told me" He said grinning. "And I'm glad she told me or else I wouldn't have found out."

"Oh really now! Anushka told you? You guys have been spending a lot of time together, haven't you?"

"So?" He asked. "You're busy, so I hang out with her."

Just when I was about to reply, his phone rang.

"I got to take this call, I'll see you later." He picked up the phone and walked away.

*FLASHBACK ENDS*

"Oh I remember now, Anushka told him."

"Anushka? Our Anushka? Our hair dresser?"

"Yep that's the only Anushka we know."

"They've been spending a lot of time together haven't they?"

"That's what I said! But he said how I'm always busy that's why he hangs out with her."

"Okay whatever, let's not spoil our mood by talking about you're annoying and clingy boyfriend. But you have to agree that he is annoying."

"What do you mean by that? He's not annoying."

"Yes he is and some day you'll agree."

"Anyways you were saying how we should talk about something else."

"Yep, let's talk about Arjun!" She said grinning. "Hehe, Aru you're turning red again."

"Why do you love pestering me with such annoying topics?"

"Cause its fun!"

"You're just like Arjun!"

"Well isn't that a good thing, now you can daydream about him when he isn't even here."

"Haha very funny" I smacked her with a pillow.

"Yep, I am" She winked at me, than she looked up. I followed her gaze to the entrance of my makeup room to see Arjun standing there.
