Is Mandira a very Smart/Practical Woman?

I know.. I know.. Mandira is extremly evil but don't u think she is very practical and smart.

Look at Meera. She is evil but she has no brains but Mandira seems to know everything and takes her steps very carefully and practically.

Do you think that though evil, she is a smart lady???
