Lyrics and Translation for Gun gun guna

Gun gun guna re gun gun guna re gun gun guna re yeh gana re x 6
(Hum hum hum, hum hum hum, hum hum hum this song)

Mayushiyo ke chonge utar ke fek de na saare
(Remove the bundle of sadness and throw them away)
Candle yeh shaam ka
(Candle of this evening)
Phoonk raat ka, cake kaat pyaare
(Cut the cake my beloved, blow the night away)

Sikha na tune yaar humne magar sikhaya re
(You didn't learn but we taught you)
Dumdar nuskha yaar hume jo aazmaya re
(We tried a powerful formula)
Aasuyon ka churan chapake
(Ate the powder of tears)
Humne dakar mara re
(We burped)

Gun gun guna re gun gun guna re gun gun guna re yeh gana re x 2
(Hum hum hum, hum hum hum, hum hum hum this song)

Gun gun gun gun...

Hai sar pe tere uljhano ke jo yeh tokare
(The baskets of tangles that are on your head)
La humko de de halka ho ja re tu chokre
(Give them to us and you become light)
Jo teri neende apni nakhun se nooch le
(Your sleep which is scratched )
Woh dard saare jalte chule mein tu jhok re
(By the pains, throw them away in a burning stove)
Zindagi ke ration mein
(In life's ration(grocery store))
Gham ko quota zyada hai
(The ratio of sadness is more)
Black mein kharidenge
(We will buy in black)
Khushi ka pitara re
(A treasure chest of happiness)

Gun gun guna re gun gun guna re gun gun guna re yeh gana re x 2
(Hum hum hum, hum hum hum, hum hum hum this song)

Gun gun gun gun...

Tu muh fula de toh yeh suraj bhi dhalne lage
(If you frown then the sun also sets)
Arre tu mushkura de chand ka bulb jalne lage
(When you smile, the moon's bulb also lights up)
Tu chup rahe toh mano behri lage zindagi
(If you remain quite then life feels like deaf)
Tu bol de toh parde kano ke khulne lage
(When you speak the curtains of the ears open up)
Ek bandh botal ke jaisa kahe betha hai?
(Why are you sitting like a closed bottle?)
Hal-e-dil se bhar dena glass ye hamara re
(Open your heart and fill our glass)

Gun gun guna re gun gun guna re gun gun guna re yeh gana re x 2
(Hum hum hum, hum hum hum, hum hum hum this song)

Gun gun gun gun...

Ho, Bindaas hoke har gham ko yaar khooti pe tang dunga
(I have become fearless and hung all the sadness on the toggle)
Thoda udhar mein itminaan tumse hi maang lunga
(I will ask for a little leisure from you only)
Sikha hai maine yaar jo tumne sikhaya re
(I have learned what you have taught me)
Dumdar nuskha yaar maine bhi aazmaya re
(I also tried the powerful formula)
Aansuya ka churan chabake, maine dakar mara re
(Ate the powder of tears, I burped)

Gun gun guna re gun gun guna re gun gun guna re yeh gana re x 4
(Hum hum hum, hum hum hum, hum hum hum this song)

Agneepath – Music Review (Bollywood Movie Soundtrack)
You can listen to the soundtrack here.

Chikni Chameli was out earlier this week, even a preview of its video is out on TV. And after multiple listens, the song is still as much of an energy booster to me as it was the first time, courtesy big time to Shreya Ghoshal. With Ajay Atul's addictive heavy-on-percussion Marathi arrangement (a rehash of their own Kombadi Palali from the Marathi film Jatra) and Amitabh Bhattacharya's cheeky lyrics alongside the vocals, Chikni Chameli is a perfect item number, at least music-wise. In O Saiya the composers take a U-turn, providing a template that is ambient and for a large part minimal. And where they take exception from the minimalism the effect is mindblowing, be it the use of the santoor or the choral elements or the percussion. The crescendo-esque turn that the strings section takes towards the end is the icing on the cake. Roop Kumar Rathod never fails when it comes to classical-based renditions, this song is no exception. And Ajay Atul go back to the high percussion base in Gunguna. Not on the same level as the previous two songs, but entertaining nevertheless. Sunidhi does most of the singing, with a short but nice cameo by Udit towards the end. Sad that the man is heard so less in Hindi these days.
And with that the composers try their hand at Sufi, and pull off a winner in Shah Ki Rutba too. Starting on a typical Muslim song beat template (wherein it is reminiscent slightly of ARR's Al Maddath Maula) the song shifts tempo halfway through, driving you to a proper trance mode towards finish. Brilliant job by Sukhwinder Singh, Anand Raaj Anand and Krishna Beura. A contrasting switch happens again with the next song, Sonu Nigam nicely delivering a sweet soulful Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin. Lovely use of instruments again, which mitigates the overall dj vu feel of the song. And Ajay Atul end the soundtrack with a genre which made me their fan in the first place, devotional. Deva Shree Ganesha sees the composers once again put their acumen with percussion to good use. Though not as impactful for me as their Shree Ganeshaaya Dheemahi, the effect is still quite awe-inspiring, complete with another superb tempo-change towards the end where the lyrics take a surprise diversion from Ganesh-stuti to extolling Krishna, Rama et al. Heady, to sum up. One half of the duo, Ajay Gogawale, does the honors on the vocals, his voice taking on a Sukhwinder-esque edge in places.
After a couple of false starts earlier this year, Ajay Atul have truly arrived in Bollywood with Agneepath!

Music Review: Agneepath

Chikni Chameli, rehashed from the composers' own Marathi track, is a formulaic item song, but Shreya Ghoshal excels with her energetic singing. Deva Shree Ganesha is a decent listen, bolstered by a catchy bhajan hook. Gun Gun Guna Re, with a folkish tune, too works well, thanks to Sunidhi Chauhan and Udit Narayan. While Shak Ka Rutba (Sukhwinder Singh, Anand Raaj Anand, Krishna) is a pleasing Sufi number, Sonu Niigaam's Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin is an excellent melody characterized by an instantly likable sweeping tune. O Saiyyan is another fabulously scored track, sung to perfection by Roop Kumar Rathod. Ajay-Atul, who made their presence felt in Singham, leave an unmistakable mark with Agneepath! Kudos!
