I don't know about the pregnancy...but Pranjal raped Palak cuz he was angry that she still like Daksh even after marrying him

Palak was pregnant with Pranjal's child before, but then the baby died. So then the adopted Arti and Daksh's child.(That happened before Pranjal even came back).
