Yea he's a lawyer and supposedly never loses a case...but what about the case with Trishul being the murderer of Agnivesh?  He sorta lost that because Trishul didn't kill Agnivesh...Agnivesh never died...haha stupid Garv...lost his reputation of never losing!

but he never lost that case.He didn't stay till the end.So I think his reputation is intact.
