And in any case... Alisha never loved Dhruv -- in Dhruv she always saw Karan... It wouldn't make sense for her to keep a child of a look-like...

Thats because Alisha was reminding of the life he didn't live... He was convinced that all that they did was done before... And as far as he was concerned, Alisha had her memory in tact -- he didn't...
