Everyone from Maharashtra giving various reasons not to support someone just based upon region, you will get one or two supporting based upon regional ground, and they will be termed Shivsena brand😉 and everybody will ridicule them as nutcases

We Maharastrians have not changed since 1400-1500's, our history is gawah to it, We have always found faults with ours and supported others  for the greater cause and lost our identities

whether it is a music contest, or politics or everyday life, we are 100% consistent😉, someone should institute a challenge for consistency, we will win it hands down

I m not saying that, as i know what the pride of Maharashtra is- Lataji, Ashaji, Amol Palekar, Sachin, Gavaskar, Jayant Narlikar, and many many more.

 

But why should we fall back here when a Maharashtrian is the best.

Hey guys,

Let the best talent win, irrespective of which state they belong to. How does it matter where their origins are, as long as that origin is within the boundries of India.

Talent reigns supreme over regional barriers and boundries and let us respect Talent.

Music knows no language, no barrier, so why do we, mere mortals, attempt to tie talent and music down into such shallow shackles of regional boundries.

May the best MAN/ WOMAN win.

The names listed by Amogh are all Indian and they pride themselves in calling themselves Indian. Let us not bound them by regional boundries.
