There is an article which in essence says that
Recently the viewers of KTLK on Sony Entertainment saw Dr Ashutosh referring Nidhi's name for an internship in one of the topmost hospital in Dehradun. Nidhi, unaware of this, accepted this job opportunity. And in the upcoming episodes, more drama will unfold in their lives...
While Dr Nidhi and Dr Ashutosh will try hard not to come face to face, destiny will have something else in store...
the coming episodes will see them bump into each other. it is said that they will come down to Mumbai from Dehradun to attend a medical conference, unknowing of each other's presence, but they will come face to face in the event. 
And there will be more to it ... Armaan who will attend the conference along with his friend Dr Ashutosh will give the audiences something really interesting to watch. He will poke Ashutosh to express his hidden love for Dr Nidhi
Lead actress Kritika Kamra, said: "Yes, we are shooting a sequence where Dr Nidhi and Dr Ashutosh will be going to Mumbai for a medical conference. From here the story will shape up beautifully."
This episode will go on air by the end of this week.
