My mother has seen just a glimpse of the new promo of Sindoor.She told me that Dhruv is with Alisha n says that she is her wife n she is preganant.Vedika is also shown.

My mother hasn't seen full promo but she told it is like that.

If this is like what shown in promo 😡 , no one knows where the serial is heading towards(may be Ekta's serial's way 😆 )Only Sindoor team knows what will happen.
