Anas Rashid I start my day with omelet, fruits and almonds. My lunch is heavy only if I am working. Otherwise, I have a light lunch because I feel very sleepy afterwards. I keep my dinner light as I always go to bed shortly after I finish my dinner. So it isn't healthy to have a heavy dinner and sleep immediately. One glass of milk is a must for me before I go to bed. My trainer always used to say that a good body is the one that isn't visible with the clothes on. That explains very much about how my body is. It doesn't look so good with clothes but after I remove my shirt, people can't help but admire. I would define my body as muscular despite the fact that I haven't gone to gym in last 8 months. |
