India is world renowned for many things, cuisine being one of these major attractions. The spices, aromas, and tastes of Indian food has traveled across oceans and continents and claimed fame the world over. As the commercial capital, and India's most cosmopolitan city, Mumbai needs to have the best restaurants, and all variety of cuisines available in India. This is why visitors and tourists would often seek a good biryani restaurant in Mumbai.
Mughal food was the epitome of fame for Indian cuisine. This was not only because of the extreme art and dedication towards food of that era, but also because the Europeans came to India in the eve of the Mughal rule. This is why you'll have no trouble finding an Indian restaurant in Dubai, Paris, London, or elsewhere! The world over; Mughal food like biryani, mutton curries, and kebabs are ruling hearts and taste buds! But even in India, you need to be selective of the restaurant you're visiting.
Most places will serve you any old thing and call it biryani. As a connoisseur, you'll obviously know better! If the restaurant is big, they should have a website with a full menu which should be a good way to know what the fare is. Another safe way to judge the quality of an eatery is simply by seeing how long they have been in business. The older restaurants have a prestige and reputation to live up to. Some names are even famed as an Indian restaurant in Dubai because of the high demand for Mughal food from Muslims of the Middle East.
