Calm Your mind of all worries, all tension. Bring peace to your mind. Take a deeeeeeep Breath. Breathe in............Breathe out............Breathe In.......Breath Out.........repeat this several times until you have emptied your mind of al worries..wether it is if your are worried if you lose the Balloon contest...or if someone is posting better topics than you.....calm your mind π₯±
