everyone is shocked at wat vasu says but cg thinks it is right. the
lawyer is called. the property is divided in to equal halves i.e. 50-
50. though cg objects, lalith says it is the right thing to do. coz
though cg has contributed 70% cg has worked more than him in building
the company the papers need to be signed by the cg & lalith and also
sujal & piyush. so cg says if piyush agrees to this we can sign it.

aman & rishi come there. they say big b & piyush bhaiya ke vaje se
humlog alag nahi hona chahte. aman says "bale he hum dono mein khoon
ka rishta na ho, par rishi mera bhai jissa he hai." aman & rishi are
ginuenely very upset. aman says it would have been better kashish
should have married sujal bhaiya. rishi disagrees he says "tab bhi
yeh he hota. kashish aise ladki hai jo ek ke saath coffee pithi hai,
aur dusare ke saathh aankh ladathi hai." he sees kashish, goes too
her and tells her that he will not let her intentions be fulfilled. he
will not let the house be split. he also promises to destory her by
destroying her sisters.

sujal is at office and piyush at home. they are talking over the
phone. piyush tells him not to go ahead with the project, coz it is
risky. vasu comes there to brainwash piyush.tells him that sujal is
not his normal self this will be harmful for the business. so he
should use his 70% shares to stop sujal from doing mistake which
affect all, so piyush stops the project.

sujal barges into piyush room. (It is in a dialouge format, hope they
are right)
sujal:tumh mere project rokne ke himmat kaisse huhe?
piyush: sujal tum apne personal problem ke vaje se (i guess he says
something more not sure)
sujal:tumhe mujhse koi personal proble hai,
vasu comes in. she says that piyush ne apna 70% share use karkar yeh
faisla liya hai.
sujaloh! bath yahan tak ponch gaye? chalo accha hua, tum ulkar
samne tho aaye.
piyush tells his mom why she said something like that. he didnt mean
to say this, only wanted sujal to stop from taking the wrong
decisions.

at college as usual, rishi is flirting with every girl in sight,till
he sees mouli. he asks mouli to join him for the prom. she agrees. he
then wispers something to aman.

the parents are waiting for piyush's decision. piyush comes in with
the lawyer. starts to talk. he tells that he has made a decision,
though somebody doesnt agree, but it is the correct decision. he
starts explaining. the seperation will be only of the business, not
the house, kyunki hum ek hain. and that R&G company is in existence
coz of cg & lalith's friendship. and so he has decided to seperate
the business into 2 halves. piyush walks upto his mom and says "bale
he sujal es waqt sujal apne dilse business karta ho? par mujhe uspar
bura barosa hai." sujal enters and he has heard this. the laywer
takes the paper to sujal. sujal takes it and tears it. Everyone is
shocked.

sujal: tumhe business bant ne ko kaha tha. khayrath nahi.
piyush: sujal....
sujal: mujhe tumhare khayrath nahi chaheye. (Vasu is very happy)
sujal: tum jaante ho piyush tumhare problem kya hai? tumhe mahaan
bane ke adath se padgaye hai. dusaroon ko chota banakar kudh mahaan
bane mein tumhe bada masa atha hai.
piyush: sujal....
sujal: piyush, tum mahaan bana chahte ho na? tho bano. jitna chaho
utna mahaan bano. liken mere samne nahi. nafrath hai mujhe un logon
se jinke fithrath to chene ke hote hai, par dong karte hain tyagh ka.
mera sach kadwa zaroor hotha hai, par sach hota hai. tukratha hoon
tumhare tyagh ko. lath marta hoon tumhare khayrath ko. main sirf
uthna lunga jitna mera hak hai. bathwara tho hoga piyush par main
lunga sirf 30% aur tum 70%.aur yeh rahe papers.
piyush:tum jaane the ho tumne problem kya hai? tum sachaye ke saaye
se bhi kathrathe ho. achahe jab bhi tumhare pass athi hai, yum use
bagadethe ho. kabhi khayrath kehkar,tho kabhi ehsaan. apne swabhimaan
ke vaje se nahi, balke apne darr ke vaje se. darthe ho ke agar tumhe
kisse ke achahe ko apnana pada, tho badle mein tum bhi acha karna
padega. jo tum karhe nahi sakte.agar bath kadvi ho, zaroori nahi ke
sach ho. tum apne andhar ke kadwahad ko kadwe sach ka naam dethe ho
tum. chalo,khyarath he sahi main apna khayrath vapas letha hoon.
badwara waisa hi hoga jaisa tum chahte ho.70:30
(I compeletely agreee with Sujal, 'cos if he takes 50% then always
piyush will remind him of this)

lawyer comes and hands over the papers to sujal and piyush. they go
to the table to sign it. they both sign the documents.the lawyer
congratulates both and says from now on sujal's co will be known as
garwal group of industries and piyush's raheja group of companies.
lalith says congratulation to you to. aaj se apne companies ke,apne
marzi ke malik ho. now come on shake ur hands. piyush puts forward
his hand.
piyush: all the best sujal. shayad yeh akri bar hum dono ek dusare ko
luck wish karenge.
sujal shakes hands and says, "nahi piyush main tumhe hamesha luck
wish karunga. kyunki tumhe mere best wishes ke zarurath hai
piyush: nahi padege. kyunki good luck hamesha mere saath rahege,
kashish ke roop mein. (he didn't have to say that...god knows what he
was trying to imply)
