Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra are set to add glamour with their performances at the second edition of Big Star Entertainment Awards. Conceptualised by Big Live, the show, to be held in Mumbai December 18, is expected to get bigger and better this year. "This property has lent a new platform to the entertainment industry in India where the audiences are empowered to choose their favourite entertainers sans jury. Post the roaring success of the awards which debuted last year, we are back with a bigger entertainment line-up this year," Rabe.T.Iyer, business head, Big Live, said in a press statement.

The awards function, organised by Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd. and Star India Pvt. Ltd., seeks to give audiences the opportunity to nominate and vote for their favourite entertainers across the genres of television, sports, films, music and dance.

It will be aired on New Year's Eve on Star Plus.

I found another article saying they are going to perform together

Everyone knows in B-town that Actor Priyanka Chopra is not in the good books of actor Salman Khan. The duo has not been on talking terms and whenever they are seen together at any event, they exchange cold vibes with each other. It's been speculated that the bitterness between the duo had increased as Priyanka is the best buddy of actor and Salman's rival Shah Rukh Khan. However Priyanka denies that she is becoming a scapegoat between the two Khans.

Rumours are going round that Salman Priyanka would be performing together for an upcoming awards function. The duo has given a green signal and is looking forward to indulge in a cordial relation. Things went wrong between Salman and Priyanka when Salman at a promotional event for his film said that his 'Bodyguard' co-star, Kareena Kapoor is the' real Desi girl', the tag which was given to Priyanka Chopra.

Salman Khan to perform with Shahrukh's buddy Priyanka!

One can always mend relationships and our b-town celebs are live examples of it. Salman Khan was in a miff and grapevines said that it was because of Priyanka's growing friendship with Shahrukh Khan. Well, what is it that brings them together once again to sizzle on the stage of an award function.

After singing soniye sekra baandh ke mein to aaya re, for Priyanka in Salaam-e-Ishq, and proposing for marriage in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, the two were appreciated and their chemistry made the viewers yearn for more movies of the two. But it was later seen that Salman sensed the brewing friendship and closeness between his co-star and rival SRK. This was the reason that Sallu and Priyanka were never seen together again.

However, the fans of this onscreen jodi should be very happy to know that they are going to sizzle once again at an award function.

A source said, "Yes, both Salman and Priyanka have been lined up to be the star performers of the night. It seems that they have agreed to it too, burying their hatchet". The source further added, "Priyanka is not too happy about the fact that Salman is taking digs at her in public, whereas she feels that she is simply caught between the camps of Salman and SRK".

Well, it is yet to see how Shahrukh reacts when this news hits his ears.
