well i think when nanadinin will wake up she is gonna cum bake to her home and no1 will inform her that karan has got married 2 tanya and tanya will settle in abroad (secretly) and raise her child there .and no1 will be able 2 no that she has given birth 2 another virani .

and then when the child will grow up he will go through the same situations as his father went through ,
